There She Stands

chapter 6

In the midst of darkness I saw piercing green eyes in the trees. Cold empty eyes. But yet they were familiar memories of times of joy two kid one girl about 10 and a boy around 14 looking similar feature wise. Siblings. The girl was running and she fell, not even a second later the boy was there. He picked her up and walked into a nearby house. Suddenly the sky turned stormy. Thunder crackled through the sky lighting struck the ground near the house. Screams were heard as strange creatures emerged the eyes came back. A man stepped out of the trees he spoke to the beasts in a strange language the beasts retreated with the storm.
The man looked at me his cold eyes Softened the slightest bit. You've grown so much since I last saw you, his voice loud in the silence. Who are you I asked. He only smiled. I heard my name being called and the ground started to shake. He started to dissappear and I called out wait when will I see you again, sooner then you think was his awnser. A blinding light took over as I opened my eyes. I sat up realizing it was a dream. Surrounding me were cold concrete walls with a window. I looked down and noticed I was wearing black jeans, a AOT shirt (comment if you know what AOT is) and a leather jacket . Also I had strangely new looking shoes. I went up to the window and looked outside there were trees galore. I took off the jacket wrapped it around my hand and punched the window. It shattered instantly. I put the jacket back on and jumped onto the nearest tree branch. I looked back and noticed how big the building was. It was a huge castle. I shook my head and took off jumping from tree to tree.
