I Need A Way Out

Jared jumped into his seat. He took out is keys and jiggled the first one into the tiny little key hole.

Now you are probably wondering who Jared is. Well Jared has been one of my best friends for about a year. We do almost everything together. He has been someone who is always there for me and never creates any drama.

My thoughts got all twisted when I started to think off the dream I had. What had it meant was it telling me something? What ever it was about I was not gonna let it ruin my day of shopping.

The car jerked as we got shifted into another lane.

"About 10 min till we reach heaven!" I screeched

Jared just looked at me like I was crazy!

All of sudden a thud came from the motor. Then again, Jared started turning his car so it would be up against the curb. Them out of the blues the car stopped!

"Well we are gonna have to get out and push it." Jared sighed

Well at least there was a gas station about 5 minutes away.

We both jumped out of the car then we went to the back and stared to push the car. It felt like I was doing all the work but I could see Jared's pain. a quick pain shot through my arm. I yelled! Ahhhh!! Jared just looked at me then took his hand away from the car.

"What's wrong are you okay!" He panicked

"Im fine really" I said.

All I wanted to do though was cry.

Jared told me to go sit in the car and we had a 3 minute argument on why I had to sit in the car. I just couldn't let him do it all by himself. of course he won, and he always did.

Jared gave up and called a towing company a half a hour later they came. Jared and I had to sit in the front of the truck well his car was getting towed. We told them my address so Jared could just figure it out there. When we arrived Jared gave them a thanks and good bye and ran into my house. this was normal since my parents loved him and not in the weird way but they treated him like he was there second child. I ran after him we grabbed a pack of fruit snacks the. Went up the stairs to my bedroom.

"Wow" Jared bursted out.

I prowled onto my bed and sighed a big relieve.

"Hey I have a question?" Jared asked

"Yeah?"

"Well do you think it would be fine if I slept at your place tonight?"

"Duh I am pretty sure it would be fine with my parents."

"Thanks" Jared said

"Yeah but they are at work right now and later on they are going out." I giggled after saying that.

But little did I know that something big was gonna happen tonight.
