Allison's POV
I finally decided on and outfit. (Picture above👆) Then I curled the ends of my hair and fingered through them. Karina just wore jeans and a crimson red sweater with black high top converse. Then we went downstairs and helped my mom cook. Then she said,"Okay I'm going to change." She left to change and Karina said,"So what the plan for tonight?" I said,"Eat and talk?" She said,"No we got to have a plan to get you and Shawn together. I rolled my eyes and said,"No Karina we don't." She said,"I'll act totally gross so Shawn is even more attracted to you." I said," No Karina how about you don't." She said,"Oh fine. But if something goes wrong we go to plan me." Then my mom walked out. She was wearing a black dress with a gold necklace my dad got her last year. I miss my dad. He's away for the army right now. He will be gone for 2 years. He left in October. Then I said,"Why are you so dressed up?" She said,"I'm an adult. I do what I want." I said,"Mom your a savage." She flipped her hair and said," I know girl." Then the doorbell rang. My mom ran to get it and Karina and went into the kitchen. I heard my mom greet them. Then I saw a super cute little girl walk in with Shawn. She said,"Hi I'm Aliyah." I said,"Hey Aliyah I'm Allison and that is Karina." Then we said hey to Shawn. My mom and Mrs.Mendes walked in. We introduced ourselves. Then my mom said,"Okay let's eat. We all sat down. Karina and Aliyah sat by me. Shawn sat across from me. Aliyah told me about her new school. Then I started talking to Shawn about California. He told me about living in Canada. Then we started talking about food. I said,"Oh my goodness the best Italian place around here is Tre Regazzi." Shawn said,"What is that?" Karina said,"Only the best place ever." I said,"We have to go sometime." (Idk if there is one of these in California but it's great. I've never been to California but I've looked up stuff about it.) Then we finished eating. Our parents were talking so we went into the living room. I turned on Austin and Ally for Aliyah. I was sitting by Shawn and talking. Then Aliyah and Karina started talking to each other. Then I heard Aliyah say,"Ohhhhhh really!" Karina nodded and I looked over. Aliyah said,"Nothing." Then she giggled and looked back at the tv. Our moms walked into the living room. Mrs.Mendes said,"Okay my crew we gonna go." Aliyah said,"I like it here." Then she got up. We all walked to the door. Shawn said,"Bye I'll see you tomorrow." I said,"Yah I'll see you tomorrow." They walked out of the door and I heard Aliyah say loudly,"Do you like her Shawnie?" He said,"Aliyah shush." Then they went outside Mrs.Mendes walked up to me and said,"Your mom and I were talking and I was wondering if after school tomorrow if you can babysit Aliyah. I don't trust Shawn." I said,"Of course should I pick her up from daycare?" Mrs.Mendes said,"Oh no Shawn will do that. You just come over when you get home from school. Thank you so much." I nodded and said,"No problem." Then she walked out the door.
Karina and I went up to my room. Karina said,"Tomorrow I'll get someone else to take me home. Since your babysitting Aliyah." I said,"Thanks babe." She said,"I'm pretty much the best." I rolled my eyes and said,"What the world." Then we plopped down on my bed and listened to music and danced around.
O my goodness Kid in Love is like the best song ever. I LOVE that song. Anyways I'm jamming out to Shawn while chilling in my bed. My mom says she's sick of hearing Shawn's music. I was like how?💁
