A Taglish Gay Romance Story: Tadhana is a Playful-Painful Thing

Prologue

Hello, Haze Mendoza here. Nag-uulan na naman ngayong tanghali, gusto ko sanang mag hangout sa kanila ni Chase. Ang boring kasi dito sa bahay. Wala pa nga lang si Mama dahil work niya. Did I mention wala akong Tatay. Long story short; Ang gag* talaga nun, bata pa lamang ako, iniwan niya kaming mag-ina dahil lang sa isang babae. Hindi ko talaga siya mapapatawad. I love my mom so damn much, para lang kaming magkakapatid eh hahahaha. Although alam niya na bakla ako, mas na concern pa siya at mas caring and loving pa siya sa akin. Hindi ko talaga siya kayang maiwan. We just live in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, where everyone is friendly and hospitable. I remember when I was still 10 na nag insist yung neighbor namin na sya muna mag alaga sa akin dahil si mom mag wowork overtime. She was like a grandma to me, we became close and so did mom. Now she's like a second mother to me when everytime mom's not around.

Let me tell you about a review how I realized that I was gay. First of all, it was because of the experience where I was put in an all boys' school back in 7th grade. It was the only school mom knew since we first moved in the city. She then insisted na mag dorm nalang daw ako dahil malayo bahay namin sa school and most of the time very late na siya makakauwi dahil sa work niya. As my life continued there I found my first ever friend Chase who happens to be gay since birth. I chose him as a friend because he was lonely and got bullied, and I was the kind of person who literally HATES bullies and such. We developed this 'friendship' and I totally respected him of who he really is. Because of me, he became confident and brave enough to defend himself when I wasn't around. Actually, Chase is the kind of 'gay-kid' who's just a simple-gay. Like, hindi niya alam mag make-up, hindi niya hilig ang color pink, panglalake pa rin ang damit, and sometimes yayain nya nga ako mag video-games sa bahay. What makes him and me gay is just we both like guys, and combo- we're both bottoms. In case you didn't know, there are three types of 'roles' if you happen to be gay or lesbian. Top
Being a Top means being the Guy in a same-sex relationship
Bottom
Being a Bottom means being the Girl in a same-sex resationship
Versa/Versatile
Being Versa means you can be both, depending on the role of your partner in a same-sex relationship

So, let's continue about how I learned I was gay. It started where I learned that I was the shortest kid in class, most of my classmates are taller than me since they're guys so smh. This one time I felt like I was defenseless and weak where I almost let my teammates lose in soccer and got bullied too, just because of my puniness. But thanks to this guy he defended me. He then became my inspiration to the point in which he became an obsession-crush. I could'nt understand how I really felt because I tought it was wrong, so I told my mom. She was not disappointed, she just hugged me, smiled and said "there's nothing wrong with loving someone as long as you're not doing anything wrong". She then told me to tell him how I really feel, but I did'nt get the chance because I was late, he was already transferring to another school abroad for his parents made him to. That did'nt sadden me tho, natuwa ako dahil hindi na ako litong-lito sa sarili ko. I know who I am and I know what I deserve -char.
So that time I finally told Chase about my identity and obviously ang saya-saya nya dahil may karamay na siya na kagaya niya. Dahil actually most of the gays in our all boys' school were really soft, madaldal na parang babae, at really really BBSS, Babaeng Babae Sa Sarili. But wala naman kaming problema sa kanila, we still respect them as long as hindi sila mang-aano sa amin. Sometimes me and Chase defend them from bullies too. I don't like it when the LGBT peeps in our school get disrespected for no damn reason, or teased just for fun. I really am compassion to the people like me.
