One Week Later

Ta'Riya-Mommy mommy mommy.

*I awoke to Ta'Riya jumping on the bed along with calling my name.

Tasha-What baby ?

Ta'Riya-I want daddy.

*I sighed. I haven't seen or heard from Ha'Darius every sense my grandma house. Deep down I still love him, but I have to move on some how.

Tasha-Riya don't say daddy name anymore.

*Ta'Riya gave me a ugly look.

Ta'Riya-But why mommy ?

Tasha-Because mommy said so.

*Ta'Riya jumped off my bed and ran into her room crying. Ughhh this going to be hard. I got out the bed and went into her room to see her balled up in her bed.

Tasha-Riya.

Ta'Riya-(Sniffing)Yes mommy.

Tasha-Come here.

*I sat on Ta'Riya bed as she crawled into my lap.

Tasha-Baby girl, mommy and daddy is on a break.

Ta'Riya-But why mommy ? I want you and daddy together again mommy.

*I could feel the tears starting to fall. I couldn't hold them in no longer.

Tasha-(Sniffing)Baby I want mommy and daddy back together too.

*Ta'Riya hopped out my lap and got back under her cover. I could tell she was heart broken. I knew what would make her feel better.

Tasha-Riya baby, what if I let you call daddy ?

*Ta'Riya jumped out of the bed and started dancing on the floor.

Ta'Riya-Yes mommy. Yes call daddy.

*I loved to see my baby girl smile. I dialed Ha'Darius number, gave Ta'Riya the phone and went back to my room.

Ha'Darius P.O.V

*I had just woke up around 1:30 when I got this unknown number call.

Me-Hello

Ta'Riya-Daddyyyyy.

*A smile went across my face.

Me-Waddup baby girl ?

Ta'Riya-Daddy I miss you sooooo much.

Me-I miss you more baby.

Ta'Riya-Daddy when you coming home ?

*I swallowed and sighed. That was a hard pill to swallow.

Me-Baby girl sooner than later. How is mommy doing ? Don't give her hell. Ight shorty?

Ta'Riya-Daddy mommy have been crying a lot lately. I think someone have done something to her.

*Hearing what Riya wa saying broke my heart again.

Me-Go take mommy the phone.

*I could hear Ta'Riya foot steps in the background.

       Tasha P.O.V

*Once I went into my room, I layed down on the bed thinking about Ta'Riya and how upset she was. I only want the best for her , but trying to get her to understand about Ha'Darius and I is hard. Soon Ta'Riya came runnin in the room bouncing on the bed.
