Chapter 1 - Her Assignment
Zai's POV
" Damn!." hindi ko maiwang masuntok ang wall paguwi ko sa bahay. Naiinis ako at nagagalit ako everytime I am reminded by that mission. Kumuha ako ng alak not minding my wounds at straight na ininom ito.
I saw the reflection of my face on the window. I smile grimmly ano kang iisipin nila if they would saw me. I just sigh and close the curtain. Wala akong pakialam sa kanila. Humiga ako sa sofa at pinikit ang mata ko.
Pollution at init ng panahon ang unang sumalubong sa akin pagtapak ko palabas ng airport. Pagrating ko sa condo ko agad akong humiga para makapag-isip ng gagawin ko. Maysado akong nastress sa traffic kanina. I close my eyes ng maramdaman kung may tao sa loob. I reach for my knife and *swiishh*
" What the hell?!" mahina kung mura and jump out of the sofa as my knife flew back at me. Tsk! Si Khyr lang pala walang hiyang babae talaga ito. Kahit mas nakababata to sa akin, she has been trained that she can handle an entire gang on her own.
" What the hell are you doing in here?" tanong ko sa kanya. I know allergic sa bansang ito. She has lots of memories that she wants to buried more than six feet below the ground. I don't know much about her as much that she doesn't know about me. Yan naman talaga kami sa Circle. The only difference is that we trust and doesn't betrayed.
" I can't miss the look on your face." she grinned at me. I throw the knife on her direction and she just evaded it and it crash on a vase leaving it to pieces.
" Tss.. Magkapatid nga kayo." nabwibwisit kung sai dito. Tumawa lang ito. But it did not escape on y eyes a fresh wound on her hips.
" Here. Black Water latest info and everything you need. Alexa is kinda worried." she handed me a flashdisk. Napataas ako ng kilay.
" Im not worried. I saw you killed that family. So I'm pretty sure emotions are not a problem." sagot nito sa akin. Emotions huh? Piigilan kung mapailing as more memories I'm not prud of appear.
" So I gotta go! Ayaw na ayaw ko ang lugar na ito." madilim na sabi ni Khyr. Tumango lang ako at pumasok sa kwarto ko ng umalis na ito. Black Water huh, like that cursed game.
Sa halip na buksan ko ang ibinigay nitong information I just tossed it on the table and grab my other phone.
" Meet me at 02:00 Black Water former HQ."
Third Person's POV
" Did she really fail on that assignment?" tanong ni Khyr sa sarili habang nakasakay ng eroplano. It's hard to think that she failed. Impossible naman talaga. At higit sa lahat after ng insidenting iyon TBW never show up. Just what happened with her and Allen on that mission?
