pretty little girl

The Meeting

Jay was about 2 months pregnant now and she was going to meet Josh's kids for the first time.  it was happening in 2 hours and she was running all over the house trying to clean up after herself and Josh's mess ever since they found out about the baby Josh wouldn't let her do anything that was to much work. but he wasn't here we was at the store getting her some more pillows. he was the kind of guy that liked to fix his mistakes to whatever he didn't do to him soon to be ex-wife he would do to his beautiful girlfriend.

she heard the car door shut and ran to the living room and sat down on the couch turning on the tv. 

"hey, babe I got you what you wanted u should probably take a shower before the kids get here and umm you're kinda going to meet my wife. cuz she won't let me get them and bring them here. so I hope that's ok with you I mean if not then I can meet her halfway." he looked at jay concerned and waited for her look of confusion to go away.

"um IDK baby what do you want I mean I not really wanting her to know where I live I think meeting half way is better and if you want I can come with." she smiled at him not wanting to come off as a paranoid freak. 

"ok baby if that's what you want." he walks over and gives her a kiss. 

the 2 hours pass by in no time and it was time for them to leave to go pick up the kids. as they drove they josh hand is hand on jays thigh the entire time. they wouldn't be able to touch each other for the whole weekend until the kids fell asleep and even then they had to be careful sometimes the kids liked to sleep with there, dad.

they got to the park they were supposed to meet jane at and waited until they saw a white mini van pull up. 

"that's them I hope she brought the crib with her if not then the baby will have to sleep with us." he smiles at her and gets a kiss before he opens the door and walks over to his wife's car.

"hello jane always a joy to see you." he looked at her kinda like a sad puppy he felt bad that he didn't love her but he knew that what he was doing was the best for him and his new baby's life. 

''whatever josh just get the kids and leave I can't even look at you rn. by the way, who's that in the car is that your lover." jane points to the car. and josh waves his hand for jay to come out. 

"look I'm not going to lie to you yes this is my girl friend jay but you need to calm down this marriage is over I'm just waiting for you to sign the papers." he took jays hand and pulled her close. jane pulled out an orange packet and handed it to josh. 

"thank you jane this is the right thing to be doing." he looked in the back seat of the car and saw his kids he waved to tell them to come out and he walked over to get the baby. he says goodbye to jane and the kids do too. they all walk over to jays car and get in. as they drove josh introduced jay to the kids. they got home and jay was feeling sick. it was the middle of the day but jay was about to throw up. she ran to the bathroom. josh asked the kids where jay went and rushed in there.  he held her hair back as he saw her bent over throwing up. after a while, they walk out and jay sits on the couch next to Liam josh's oldest kid. she started rubbing her tummy and looked over at him smiling . 

''hey. you're Liam right I'm trying to get the names down." she smiled at him and nodded . he wasn't used to seeing her and she was beautiful. he was 15 hormones just coming to him and he knew he would have a crush on his dad's girlfriend for awhile.
