Shadow's pov
I walked around the rooftop me and my friend Layla are on. About a month ago she almost got raped and killed by some idiot but I killed the idiot. Then she asked me to teach her how to defend herself. Of course I agreed but she ended up with a sprained wrist the first day but I admit she's doing better at this.
"So like this?" She asked as she jumped up, spinned in the air, and kicked the air and landed perfectly on both feet. She's been trying to perfect that move for a week and she just did it perfectly. I smiled.
"Yea exactly." I said.
"Hey Shadow can I ask you something?" She asked as she sat down.
"Sure ask me anything." I said smiling.
"How do you know martial arts?" She asked. That question made me think of Raph.
"Well a really good friend taught me and somehow after I perfected everything every time we would spar I always beat him and once I slipped and he landed on his back and I ended up landing on his pla- I mean chest. Then his brothers came in and took pictures and we ended up beating his brothers up and breaking their phones" I said and chuckled at the memory. A devilish smile appeared on Layla's face.
"What's his name?" She asked.
"I ain't telling you." I said. All of a sudden a portal opened up and we both got sucked in.
