Harry's in bed and Niall's at work and he thinks. Harry thinks a lot but lately all of his thoughts aren't negative and he's happy. He's glowing you could say. Harry's happy that Zayn hasn't been around, happy that Louis and Liam are around more often, happy that his mom is getting better. Harry's just all around happy.

Harry soon pulls himself out of bed to get ready for his morning run. Running is a hobby Harry's picked up since he quit his job. He couldn't stand being stuck in the house all day, drowning in his thoughts. He runs every morning and he quite likes the way it feels when he's running and the cool wind hits his face. He almost feels like his flying. It helps him think and to clear his head, plus it keeps him in great shape for when he strips for Niall in the bedroom.

Harry thinks that he might pick up kickboxing too. He enjoys the work you have to put into it and how it works out his whole body. He likes how amazing it makes him feel as he gets better and better. He also thinks of how handy it come in if Zayn does show up, because like always, Zayn is unpredictable. Harry started doing kickboxing a few times after the incident he had with Zayn about a month ago.

Harry pulls on his running shoes and makes his way out of the house, grabbing his keys, phone, and whatever else he could possibly need on a morning run. He locks up the apartment he shares with Niall and jogs to the park down the street.

He likes to jog at the park because it's peaceful and happy. He doesn't mind hearing the laughter of children and dogs barking over the music he has blaring into his ears. Harry finds it relaxing and refreshing. Everybody needs a place to go to feel refreshed and renewed, a place to feel alive and that's the park, other than Niall. Harry feels alive every time Niall's around, every time he feels Niall's breath on his skin.

Harry's running, he's running on the paved sidewalk that circles the many miniature playgrounds in the center of the park. He's been running for a while and he's on his last mile and he's quite proud of himself because he's been running an extra mile each day.

He's almost finished his mile and he's humming. He's humming along to an Ed Sheeran song that's playing from his playlist. He's rounds the last curve when he bumps into something hard and stiff, "Oh, I'm sorry," Harry says looking up to see who he ran into.

His heart sinks when he sees that it's Zayn. Out of all the people Harry thinks that he could bump into, he bumps into Zayn. He feels quite annoyed that he would bump into him at a place that he feels safe at. He can see the grin on Zayn's face and he knows that Zayn meant for Harry to bump into him.

Zayn's oddly happy and Harry wonders why because Zayn is usually never happy when it deals with Harry because Zayn doesn't have Harry the way he wants. He doesn't have Harry the way Niall does and that makes Zayn angry and highly unsettling. Zayn wants to be the one that gets to see Harry strip and be a moaning mess underneath him but you can't always have what you want.

"I thought I might find you here. You've always had a thing for parks," Zayn says quite pleased with himself.

"Yeah I guess," Harry replies, avoiding eye contact.

"I want to talk to you about something," Zayn says, shifting on his feet.

Harry's annoyed honestly, all he wanted was to finish his run," Okay what?"

Zayn's grinning.

Harry hates that.

"A certain someone came and talked to me yesterday. He was quite defensive," Zayn says.

"Who Zayn?" Harry asks.

Zayn pauses, he fucking pauses and Harry hates it when Zayn does that. He hates it because he knows Zayn is going to say or do something to upset him. It's what Zayn does best. He's good at upsetting Harry because it's the only way Harry will pay attention to Zayn.

Harry's getting impatient. He's getting impatient and annoyed and he's quite ready to punch Zayn, square in the face, just Niall did. Harry's grown a lot of confidence and he's learned to not be afraid to show it. Niall helps gain confidence, Niall shows Harry what he's been missing and that being confident is okay and that it's sexy.

"Zayn who spoke to you yesterday?" Harry asks again.

"Oh you're going to love this," Zayn replies, grinning.

"Just fucking tell me," Harry yells slightly.

Harry becomes somewhat upset with himself for kind of yelling in a public place in front of children but Zayn is hesitating and Harry knows he's doing it on purpose. Zayn enjoys getting Harry all worked up.

Zayn has something up his sleeve and he's almost positive it'll work out for him. He's just hesitate.

"It was Niall. Niall talked to me yesterday and I know much you hate when people try solving your own problems for you," Zayn says.

He's right.

Zayn's right, and Harry's pissed. Harry's pissed because Niall went behind his back and talked to Zayn. He would think Niall would come talk to him about it, but he didn't and that hurts. Niall broke the one promise he made to Harry. He broke their promise of always doing things together, dealing with them together.
