Marley's POV
"OH MY GLOB GABE IS FINALLY COMING HOME!!!!! It's been like two years since I last hung out with him, I miss him like crazy. I'm just happy he is coming back to Massachusetts. Sadly that's not the only reason why he is coming home. Yea Gabe is also coming home to show off is Brand New Batman Action Figures as what I call them dolls hahaha I miss him. Did I mention he is bringing his friends, yup this should be interesting...... and awkward?"
That morning 8/30/13
Same POV
I woke up to the sound of my alarm that of course was screaming in my ear cause stupid me placed it there and not on the night side table. But it's whatever it's not like it never does. Ugggghhhhh it's a Saturday and I have no clue why I'm waking up so freaking early oh whatever I will probably remember later.
"Nena wake up and come down stairs I need you to do some chores while I go pick up your brother from the airport" my mom had said from the bottom of the stairs. "I'll be right down just give me a few minutes to get ready" I yelled back at her. I go grab all my bathroom needs and go to the bathroom and go take a shower cause for what reason I was sweating my ass off in my room last night while I was sleeping.
5 min later
I jump out of the shower I dry myself off wrap my body in a towel and walk towards my room to get dressed. 10 minutes later of trying to find what to wear I remember that Gabe is coming home so I decided to wear something Batman even though I love Superman I have to at least show that I miss him. So I finally decided to wear a Batman shirt that you tie the two strands in the front, black jeans, yellow flats. Now as for my nails all I did was paint them white and then drew the Batman logo on them. I then just did a normal black Smokey eye look for makeup with nude but shimmery lipsticks. I just decided to curl my hair up a little just in the ends to make them bouncy but able to notice them a lot. Now to add the final touches I sprayed myself with my favorite perfume "Midnight Poison" by Dior.
"Nena hurry up I have to get going" my mom yells at me. "Ok I'll be right down" I say right back. I grab my phone and run down the hall once I get to the stairs I slide down the banister but before I reached the bottom I stop and stood on the flat handle thingy at the bottom and did a back flip off of it and sticks the landing (I do gymnastics). "How many times do I have to tell you not to slide down the banister one day you will fall and break your arm" my mom said to me for the millionth and one time."Since I was four I know but have I broken it yet nooooo so stop worrying now what is it that you need me to do while you pick up Gabe" I asked her. " Oh yeah I need you to organize the living room stack the magazines neatly, clean the kitchen, mop the floors, take Batman, Robin and Krypto out and to make sure you take the cake out of the freezer from in the garage so it has time to thaw out before your brother gets home" she told me. I just stand there with my eyes wide " mom that's a lot to do it's just Gabe that's coming home right?'' I ask her. She then starts to grab the keys to the minivan and then when she gets to the door she says fast, " WellnoGabeisbringinghisbandmatesoverforthesummersorrygottogobyeloveyou''! She then just closes the door and leaves are you kidding me right now mom AND Gabe knows how much I hate when new people or even new guys come to the house it just gets me all awkward and quirky and nerdy and I hate it, all I have to do is calm down and try not to look at them so much.
Marley starts to plug in her phone in the stereo so she can listen to music while she is cleaning the house. She decided to put in her mix music on and she starts dancing to it and singing.
"Tonight take me to the other side sparks fly like the Fourth of July just take me to the other side I see that sexy look in your eyes and I know we ain't friends anymore if we walk down this road we'll be lovers for sure so tonight kiss me like it's do or die and take me to the other si" In the middle of my singing I slip on Robin's leash that was in front of the door right when I'm about to get up the door flies open with all the boys flying start to the kitchen and I fall right back down to where I was before. I think to myself "Thanks for the help guys." Just as I was about to get up again my brother Gabe walks in and looks at me with a WTF expression. "Uhh Marley?" Gabe says, "Yeah." I respond not getting up from where I was with my hand over my forehead with my eyes closed. "Why are you on the floor with Robin on your stomach?" "Oh just cause I love to have a dog on my stomach while I'm on the floor just randomly." I say sarcastingly. While Gabe was trying to help me up one of his band mates yell out that there's cake and he let goes of my hand and for the third time I'm on the floor. Great perfect I'll just lay here for the rest of my life. As I'm about to help myself up I see a hand stick out for me as I grab it I look into this person's gorgeous Hazel/brown eyes while I'm being helped up.
I wonder who this Mysterious hazel eyed boy is mhmmmmm stay tuned lol (I'm Weird I know)
