Normal POV
He could feel the wind rushing past his ears, and saw the school coming closer. There was only a small amount of kids standing in front of the school's entrance gate but that number was also decreasing. And fast. The bell just went so people were running aroung, stumbling across one another, from afar looking kind of drunk. It really was a sight to see. If he wasn't running late himself he would've laughed at them. For all those times they laughed at him. Yeah, give them a taste of their own medicine. He shook his head. He couldn't think about that now. He could dwell on how he'd gladly shove a stick so far into their smug asses it'll hit that walnut they call a brain later.
But of course that was the least of his worries now. He halted in front of the school gates just right before the gatekeeper had the chance to fully close the gates. He looked up to the man,
"Good morning...uh, Gabe?" He sheepishly half asked half greeted."It's Bob." The gatekeeper answered with a very heavy voice. Without blinking even once.
"Well then, Bob can you please move aside so i can get to my class? I'm kinda late."
"Well, obviously." The gatekeeper answered once more. Unimpressed.
"Uh, I have a very good reason for that. Uh, You just listen up! So, I wa-!"
"Look kid, just for shutting up I'll let you pass. Gladly even."
He immediately perked up at that. "Really? You'd do that? Oh my God! That's so awesome of you! Thanks a bunch!" He went in to hug him but the gatekeeper sidestepped him and he nearly tripped over his own feet. "Yeah, I don't do hugging." Christopher shrugged and ran to the entrance door.
"Hey kid!" The gatekeeper shouted. Christopher looked over his shoulders "A word of caution'; Look out! There's a wolf on the hunt and she's hungry!"
Huh? What the hell was that supposed to mean? He shrugged of the warning.
The gatekeeper looked back at him. Then he slowly began to shake his head "Ugh, kids...Why did I even take this job?...I don't like kids." He looked at the gates. "Or gates for that matter." He muttered quietly to himself.
When reaching the school door, Christopher quickly slipped inside. Left. Right. Good, no one's here. He started running up the stairs. Up to the second floor. Ugh, why did my first periode have to be on the second floor? He was aiming for the door of the class he was supposed to be in at this moment.
"Mr.Crafton."
"Huh?!" Christopher leaped up into the air. He slowly turned aound like he was expecting something to blow up in his face at any moment.
"Oh! Mrs.Charles. Good morning." Crap, of all the people..."I was just-!"
"I don't want to hear any excuses from you Mr.Crafton. After third periode you will come to my office at once. Is that understood?"
"Yes, sir!" Was the immediate response. She frowned. "I mean Ma'am!" He quickly tried to correct his mistake. She looked him up and down.
"Good, now enter your class."
He quickly entered the door without knocking.
