The Bleachers

Lunch was here.
I walked out of the school when my wrist was grabbed.
I spun around, my fist clenched ready to hit the intruder.
Pain fell threw my knuckles when they landed on their target.
It was Emily.
My mouth dropped ready to say an apology but Cole came from around the corner, laughing at something AJ said. The second he saw what happened he rushed to. . . My side??
"What the heck" I say a puzzled look on my face.
"Helping" he replied.
"But I didn't get hurt. She did" I say pointing at Emily.
"What the f***" says Emily.
"Yes I know what your thinking" Cole says with a sigh. "You think I wanna date her. Well I do. So what's the problem."
Melting into a puddle. I felt my knees buckle and I fell right into Coles arms. I t felt nice all cuddled up in his arms. I wanted to give Emily the finger and kiss the heck out of Cole but I did neither. Sadly.
