CRISPY CRABLET
1 kg crablets, thoroughly cleaned
2tbsp salt
2 tbsp ground pepper
2 cups cornstarch
cooking oil for deep fryinglPlace cornstarch in a bowl then add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Heat a frying pan and pour enough oil for deep frying.

Dredge the crablets in cornstarch then deep fry until texture becomes crispy.Transfer to a serving platter with paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve with spicy vinergar dip.
