The shadow figure

So this has been happening since i was little and is still happening so when i was little i used to see this shadow figure everywhere at school at a friend's and at home so one day it happend a lot then normal like i would walk outside to play and out of nowhere i see a shadow figure by my room window and it never hurt me at all and the thing it does is watch me everyday all day and it would sometimes lock me in a room or move stuff / make a loud noise to get my attention.
