14) The rainy night

Krungy's POV

Without being thinking carefully, the word "Saranghae" came out of my mouth. Of course, I am falling for him but this is not the right time to tell! After all these confused thoughts, I just ended up with the word "chingu" and I knew I blushed.

"Nado saranghae" he said and he kissed my forehead. Then he hugged me tighter as he placed his chin on my shoulder. I can feel his breathe on my neck. This is crazy. I love him but I cant tell.

I just released the hug and sat on his bed.

"Jin, do you think I'll pass the audition?"

"Of course you'll~ and don't change topic. I know what you'te thinking" he smiled and sat on the bed beside me.

" I think nothing!" I put my eyes on the ceiling just to avoid his gaze.

"Krung~" he said and held my hand then made me face him.

"Yes?" I faced him and smiled like nothing is happening inside my heart.

He got closer to me and put the strands of hair behind my ear

Once again, he made it like he did this evening when I did the aegyo.

This is killing me. Though I love him, I guess I ain't ready to accept his kiss.

I wanna stand up but I couldn't as his hands wrapped my waist.

Our deep breath ~ the only thing I can hear now in the room

At last, I chose to close my eyes and decided to accept it but...

"Huh?" I whispered.

The room went dark.

"What happened?" Jin asked in surprise.

"I think the electricity went out" I chuckled as I pinched his cheek in the dark.

"We need light" he said and walked away. Though I cant see it i know of course.

He opened the flash light from his phone and walked to me and sat again beside me on the bed.

I stared at him and gave a cancelled-kiss-again smile.

"Why are we always like this? Im upset!" He ruffled his hair.

" Don't be! " I chuckled and moved closer to him. I kissed his cheek.

He went blank and stared at me.

Meanwhile, we saw the lightning outside the house and the loud sound of thunder vibrated the whole house.

Once again it hurts my ears again.

"The rain is so serious. I wonder when will it stop" he said as he pulled me closer let my head lean on his shoulder.

He held my hand. The situation is strange.

"Jin..." I called him out softly though the unstoppable sounds of thunder are louder than my voice.

"Emm... Krung" he said, intertwining his fingers around mine.

"What are we? I'm confused" I chuckled and looked up to him.

"I'm also confused" he smiled at me.

"What? Oh good!" I frowned.

"All I know is that I love you" he said and put his eyes on the ceiling like I did a few minutes ago.

"But..." I sighed

"We can't be.."

"What is that?" I looked at Jin in horror.

"Who is knocking that serious?" He also questioned me and then we both walked to the door.

We opened the door and saw Sung-A crying.

"Sung-A!!!" I whispered loud.

She closed the door quickly and cried out.

"Sung-A! What hap..." I asked but she screamed as another thunder came out.

" The shadow.. the shadow ... " she kept on saying that.

"What's happened? Tell oppa" Jin tried to calm her down by taking her to his bed, let her sit there and gave her his mario toy.

" Each time the thunder strikes, the shadow..." she sobbed " the shadow always appear and followed me.

"I went to unnie's room but you weren't there. The shadow followed me to upstairs~ " she cried out again.

She held Jin's hand tightly and kept crying.

I walked to her and hugged her.

"Unnie.. I'm afraid! Please let me stay with you here"

Jin's POV

Sung-A was really terrible. She kept on crying and now it's 1am.

Something's wrong with Krung too~

She is now cuddling Sung-A and patting her back to make her asleep.

But her face was not that good. And if I'm not wrong I'm sure she was about to cry.

"She fell asleep" Krungy tapped me and told me to help her place Sung-A properly on the bed.

My bed was quite huge. It allows almost 4 people I guess. We placed Sung-A in the middle of the bed as we decided to sleep 3 together.

"Krung~" I pulled her to be beside me. Both of us leaned the wall and we're now sitting on the bed.

I put my arms around her " Something's wrong with you" I whispered.

"Ahh.... the shadow is bothering me to be honest" she smiled bitterly at me.

"What? Wait... " I chuckled " Are you going to keep what a 6-year-old child said?"

"But.... I believe in ghosts... I'm afraid too" she held my hand tight.

" I believe in them but I'm not afraid. And you shouldn't be too. They're just spirits and they can't kill us. They are pityful in reality" I smiled at her just to take her worry away.

"I know I know .. ! It's what my mom always told" she flicked my forehead.

"But I'm still afraid. The electricity hasn't come back tho" she chuckled.

The only light in the room was my lamp on the study desk.

"I'm here right beside you~ don't be afraid"

"Hug me tight if you're still afraid. Just look at this handsome guy named Jin" I teased her.

"What the hell!" she chuckled.

But suddenly I gave a quick peck on her lips. She seemed so shocked.

"What is that?" she looked at me.

"Sorry, I was quick. I'm gonna give you a longer one" I smirked and prepared to kiss again but

"Stop it~ I can't stand that. Let's just sleep now" she said and lied beside Sung-A.

I lied on the other side and stared at Krungy.

"Good night~ " I whispered.

"You too, good night~ " she smiled at me then kissed Sung-A forehead then we both fell asleep~

Krungy~ah... saranghae! I'll try to get you no matter what happens and how hard you denied this love.
