Jess POV
It was 4 o’clock and I was just getting off work. I hung up my apron and headed out to my car.
When I got home I walked straight to my room and started to put a bag together to go to Liz’s house.
Bra, underwear, sweat pants and I sweatshirt. I threw all of it in my bag and walked down stairs.
“Where are you going” my mom came out of nowhere and scared the crap out of me.
“Uh Liz invited me over so I’m just going to spend the night there, is that okay?”
“Yeah that’s fine; your father and I will be out all day tomorrow for Jakes wedding.”
Jake is my dad’s best friend’s son.
“I think we’re going to spend the night up there with them, but ill text you if we aren’t.”
“Okay sounds good” I said back to her as I walked out the door.
“Bye sweetie I love you”
“I love you too mom.”
I hoped in my car and drove over to Liz’s house. I knocked on the door and Liz answered.
“Thank god you’re here! I’ve been waiting for you all day!” she grabbed my hand and pulled me up to her room.
She ran ahead of me and jumped on her bed
“come on Jess! Hurry up!!” She said smiling
“why you are in such a good mood miss happy pants” I joked with her.
“Okay so you know how Justin and I made out at Kats party?!”
my heart stopped when I heard he say those words because I knew exactly what was coming next.
“Um... yeah I remember” I said nervously back to her.
“Well I think I’m falling for him! Like really really falling for him!”
I froze
Why do these types of things happen to me?!
How am I supposed to tell her that I had sex with Justin? She’ll be heartbroken... I have to tell her though I mean I’m her best friend.
If I don’t tell here now and she finds out from someone else shell hate me.
I have to tell her.
I could see Liz smiling at me out of the corner of my eye. I knew she was waiting for me to say something, anything, even if it was something bad, which it will be.
“Um Liz” I said shyly to her
“What’s up” she said back happily.
That’s it I’m just going to come right out and say it I’m not going to sugar cot it or anything I’m just going to tell her straight up.
“Liz, I had sex with Justin”
