New Years Eve Party

Two nights ago me Liam, Louis and Zayn went for a bite because Harry and Niall had to record the album that night. They asked me to come to their New Years Eve party because I explained to them that I couldn't spend it with my family since my cousin caught the flew and it was really bad. So yesterday I did a little shopping and found a adorable dress with the cutest shoes. We were off of school for like two weeks so I had a lot of time on my hands if I didn't have work. 

I started to work on my hair. I looked in my hair supplies draw and realized that I ran out of heat protectant so I didn't want to ruin my hair by straightening it. I decided on leaving it naturally down and using a bit of hairspray and I twisted the sides going into the back. I did my usual makeup, foundation natural eye shadow, pencil and liquid eyeliner and mascara. I slipped into my orange and black dress,beige tights and heels. (Pic on the side) I said goodbye to my brother and my parents, grabbing my phone and putting on my black coat on my way out the door.

I decided on taking a taxi to the lad's house because it was really cold outside right now. I handed the driver some cash and headed into the small party. They weren't inviting to may people, just close friends and family. I rang the bell and Niall answered the door. "Avery! Long time, no see!" He hugged me. "Not really but I still missed you." I chuckled. "Come in! You can put your coat over there." he pointed to a table. I placed my coat and made my way into the lounge room. There was Louis and a very pretty girl with brown hair, along with Zayn and another very pretty girl who looked familiar and Liam and Harry."AVERY!!" They group hugged with me. "Boys!" I yelled. I was so short compared to them. "You look stunning." Liam whispered to me. "You look great too." I smiled. He smiled back. Something about him makes me really happy.

"Avery, this is my girlfriend Perrie." He introduced me. From Little Mix!!!! "Can I just tell you that I am a huge fan of your music and your absolutely gorgeous."I said as she pulled me in for a hug. "Thanks, love. But you should definitely take a look in the mirror some time." she giggled. Then Louis and the other gorgeous girl stepped over. "I'm Eleanor, Louis' girlfriend." She said also pulling me in for a hug. "I'm Avery and I love you dress." I referred to her white and green lace dress. "Not as much as I love your shoes." she winked I smiled at her and started up a conversation with Perrie and her. We talked about the boys and what it was like to date them, our favorite stores, and work. They were great girls.

"Liam Payne." I said as I sat down next to him. "Come meet my family."He pulled me up. "Mum, Dad this is my new friend Avery." Liam told them. "This is the girl you've been talking about, son? She seems even better than what you've already said." I blushed shook his hand. "Hi sweetie, I'm Karen." she hugged me. Liam and I talked with his parents them left to go find Harry and Niall. They were eating so we decided to eat too.

After we ate with Harry and Niall, Liam took me into his studio. There were many instruments and a recording booth. It was all so cool. "Can you play?" Liam asked me as I was admiring a guitar. "Just a little bit."I told him. "Show me!!" he shouted. I started to play Teenage Dirtbag. Liam started to sing the lyrics as I strummed the guitar. I started to sing along quietly.

"You're amazing at that." Liam said as I finished the last chord. "I try." I blushed. 

"10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...HAPPY NEW YEARS!!"Everybody shouted. I hugged the person nearest to me,who happened to be Perrie and said happy new year. After thst I was hugged and kissed on the cheek by many people, some I had never even talked to. I found Liam and hugged him. Our hug lasted a bit longer than it should have. I kissed him on the cheek and whispered "Happy New Year" and walked away slowly. It was a great night. 

*Liam's POV*

I wonder when Avery is coming. It's only been two days but she is really fun to be with and I think I may fancy her just a little bit...maybe more...okay maybe a lot. We haven't stopped texting since about a week ago.

Suddenly she walked into the room with Niall. Wow. She looked better than perfect. More stunning than anyone or anything I'd ever seen. "AVERY!!!!" We yelled and group hugged her. "Boys!" she yelled back. "You look stunning." I whispered, my sudden burst of confidence fading because of the way she looked. "You look great too." She whispered back, smiling at me. I smiled brightly. 

I watched as she started up a conversation with Eleanor and Perrie. I saw Zayn walking over to me. "You've got it really bad mate." He placed a hand on my shoulder. "What do you mean Zayn?" I asked. "Avery. It's obvious you fancy her. She's just too oblivious to notice." He explained. "Do I have a chance?" I asked him seriously. "Yeah bro, chances are she'll be yours, just take it slow and don't blow it." He walked away.

I sat down on the couch in the lounge and Avery soon came and sat next to me. "Liam Payne." she said. "Come and meet my parents." I pulled her up. We talked to them for a bit and then went to see what Niall and Harry were up to.
