Amortentia

Harry's POV

It's our second day back at hogwarts. We have snape first. That's not even the worst part we have it with slytherin. Most our classes are with them. Dumbledore knows about the griffindor and slytherin rivalry he just want us to get along.

I try to get along with Malfoy I really do but he's just so hard to deal with and I might have a slight crush on him- but no one need to know that. I haven't even told Ron and Hermione. I won't I just can't.

I know for a fact Malfoy doesn't feel the same way. He hates me.

Oh crap! I'm going to be late. Late with snape is torture. He will more then likely give me an unreasonable punishment. Oh well nothing I'm not used to.

I start to run because I'm already going to be in trouble why care about the rules.

Just 10 more feet and here I am. I walk in and all I can smell is Malfoys horrid cologne.

"UGHHH why does it smell like the rooms drenched in Malfoy's cologne. 

"Can anyone tell me what potion we are doing and what it does." Snape says practically ignoring me walking in late

"Ah miss. Granger"

"It's amortentia. It is the most powerful love potion it smell like what most attracts you and yes Harry we all heard your comment."  Says hermione surprisingly calm considering she just found out I'm in love with malfoy.

Me on the other hand well let's just say I was I tomato. The entire class just found out I was gay and in love with malfoy.

" I um I j-just um I didn't m-mean that" I say stuttering.

" we that's a bummer because my smells like your shampoo" malfoy says cockily.

My mind can even comprehend anything but my legs stand me up and run me over to him and then my mouth just takes control and kisses him.

It was the best thing ever. "I love you Draco" I say surprised I called him Draco. Well I guess it was time we both just admitted our love for each other.

"I love you too" he says sincerely

"Hem hem. Are you boys done so I can get back to teaching." Snape says annoyed but In his eyes you can see he saw this coming.

~After class~

"Harry mate why didn't you tell me I could've hooked you up sooner" Ron said.

Wow that's a shock I thought be would be grossed out well that's a relief.

Hermione was over looking smug. I ask her about it.

"We you see I've known you and Draco have been in love with each other for a while and neither one you would ever admit it so I took matters into my own hands. I asked professor snape to do this as a lesson I told him all about you guys. He told me him Dumbledore and monganagall have a bet of wen you guys would get together. So I knew you would be late well because you're you and I knew you would to ow what it was so you accidentally admit your love. Simple really." She said.

Gosh this was a weird second day and it's not even 2nd yet. I should go talk to Draco.

~Talking to Draco~

" Harry wow that felt weird not to say Potter. Will you be my boyfriend?" Draco said as soon as I approached him.

He's blunt.

"OMG YES" I squeal. "I mean sure yeah whatever dude" I say in a deep voice.

~ nine years later ~

Me and Draco are still together. We are married and we have a child.

I didn't know a simple potion and me being late could lead to making my life 10000000000000x better.

I will forever be grateful for Hermione.
