Cannon's voice seemed to snapped Daydria out of her trance. She quickly let go of my jacket and stepped away...... that only made my anger and rise.
"What the hell you idiot, you almost hurt her." I yelled now seeing red. Cannon was used to my temper so was all my staff. It was faired.
"Am sorry sir, but" he said but I interrupted before he could finish his sentence.
"Shut the hell up" I raged with some Colorful words. The lawyer made not a sound...... he knew better.
"Elijah, its OK, am fine" said a small voice. I turned to see Daydria staring at me, she looked scared as hell. I curs under my breath. Now I scared her. Why to go smart guy. Grrrrr
"But you were just in an accident just a few days ago!!!"
"Am fine Elijah, really" she smiled. I love how she said my name.
"Your sure?" I asked again she smiled again, my heart did a little dance in my chest.
Cannon just stood there staring, he looked shocked and I couldn't blame him. When my anger is unleashed it is near to impossible to get back under control. But Daydria calm me, she calmed the beast in me.
"OK then..... Now would you please take a set, so we can talk business." She hesitate but then she complied and sat. Cannon stood still at the door.
"Cannon, the contract" I said to the lawyer. He then came rushing over and handed us the papers.
" Daydria am sad to say the you did not get the job, but something better" she opened her mouth to say something but didn't. She looked worried and I wanted to take away her worries.
I want to be the man she loves and gives her all. I make a vow to keep her happy always.

"Now would you please take a seat so we can talk business" she hesitate but then she compiled and sat. Cannon stood at the door still I said to him.
"Cannon the contract" he came rushing over and handed each of us a copy of the contract.
"Daydria am sad to say you didn't not get the job but something better." She wasn't shocked but confused.
"Something better?"
Yes something better. I can't wait to have her as my wife. I will give her the world on a silver platter. I barely know this woman but she has taken my heart and she didn't even know it........ she will be mine and I am hers. I won't let her go.
