Christopher Maurice Brown

"Can you repeat that?" She sighed once more and repeated herself.

"I'm pregnant Chris. I don't know what I'm gonna do." She plopped on the edge of the bed and put her head in her hands. She sniffled and pushed her hair out of the way. "I can't keep this child Chris."

Hearing those words hurt me. "W-why not?"

"Chris do you not understand what you do? You're a killer."

"I'm also a college professor."

"Not anymore. You're stalking these women, I don't want my child growing around that type of stuff."

"So you're gonna abort him?"

"No, I'm gonna give him up for adoption after he's born."

"And you decided all of this without talking to me. I thought we were a team on this. How do you know I wanted this?"

"It is not about what you want, its about what's best for the child." She mumbled. I shook my head and stood up. "Where are you going?"

"Out, I needa clear my mind." I grumbled slamming the door behind me. I pulled my jacket on and fished in my pocket for my car keys. They weren't there. "Fuck, fuck, fuck!" I screamed hitting my car door after every word. Sighing heavily, I jogged back up to the house and slowly made my way inside.

The keys were on the chair by the door, and as I went to get them, I could hear muffled cries coming from inside the bedroom. I peeked through the door and Robyn was lying face down on the bed. A pillow was over her head. I was tempted to go in and comfort her, but I decided against it. She needed some time to think and so did I.

I swallowed my spit and turned on my heels and walked right out the door.

Onika Tanya Maraj

After stepping out of the shower, I dried my hair first since I was only gonna wear in a simple ponytail today. I got dressed in jeans and a white tank top, nothing too fancy today, and a pair of my Nike slides. I was going to go visit Ciara today. I don't know if seeing Chris was a hallucination or not, I just really hope I don't run into his crazy ass either.

"Please let this day go good for me, I don't want any trouble." I mumbled to myself as I brushed my hair in the mirror. My phone started to buzz on the counter. I didn't recognize the number so I just hung up but two minutes later, the number called again. This time I let it go to voicemail. Maybe whoever it was would recognize that they're calling the wrong phone number.

I waited for whoever that was to call back so I could cuss them out and tell them to stop calling my phone. I know it would be rude but that's just me. Finally I finished getting ready. I picked up my keys and phone and left the hotel room. I would be staying here until I get Ciara out of jail.

My should've been transported here and hated taking the bus. I'll just take a cab to the jail and continue to wait on my car. Maybe I could go to Ciara's house and pick up one of her cars. I bet she has more than two. I flagged down a taxi. "Can you take me to the California Correctional Facility please?"

The driver just nodded. I wasn't sure if he understood me or not, but he did drive me to my correct destination. As I exited the cab, the wind blew causing me to tremble. Not because I was cold but because I was afraid. It was like something bad was headed my way. I shook the feeling and proceeded into the dark and gloomy looking building.

Ciara Princess Harris

I laid on the top bunk staring up at the ceiling. This was all I basically could do since I barely had anyone come and visit me.

"Harris, you got a visitor. Lets go." A guard came and unlocked my cell door. Visitor? I hopped off of the bunk and followed behind him into the visiting room.

Onika stood there, a smile spread across her face. "Hey baby I missed you." She held her arms open. My eyes welled up as I made my way over to her. I embraced her into a tight hug and she buried her nose in the crook of my neck. I missed holding her like this. "Baby don't cry, I'm right here." She slowly stroked my hair.

"I missed you so much! When did you get here?" I sniffled. We had pulled away and sat down.

"A few days ago. I posted your bail a few minutes ago. They should be processing it right now and you'll be out in 20 minutes."

"I love you so much." Then I remembered about the encounter with Chris. "I..I have something to tell you. Its got something to with Chris."

Her face went pale. "Chris? He was here?"

"Yea, I don't know how he found me. We have to leave before he finds the both of us." One of the guards walked in.

"Hey Harris, go get your stuff, you're free to go." Those last three words filled  me with joy. I basically jumped out of the seat with joy. I followed to where I was last processed at and I was out in minutes wearing the same clothes I got locked up in. I felt like a new woman for some reason.

Onika told me she was staying a hotel while she was here. Now that we both know that Chris is in California, we needed to leave asap.

Christopher Maurice Brown

I just saw Ciara and Onika get into a cab. Now that I know that Ciara is out of jail and free to roam the city, I'm gonna get her. And she won't even know it.
