DIS BE DA PROLOGUE
Everyone knew this was going to happen.
We just didn't know when... Scientists didn't do anything about it. They were too busy with the global warming to notice.
Turns out, global warming isn't actually happening. I clung onto my book and ran out of the school that was about to collapse. I ran and slid onto the grass, hanging onto the fire hydrant behind me. The building collapsed, no one left in there except for the guinea pig, Chuck Norris. I feel sorry for him, but he has buns of steel, so he'll make it out alive.
I look at the remains of my Junior High School, George William Hughes High. It's not that bad though... It's only school. Not anything important.
The sirens blare around the entire country of Grenant. This country was born off of the downfall of the country of Australia. Grenant is a very unique country, and I live in the capital city: Monia.
I walk to the hover car and get in. My mom and dad are in the front seats, and I can see through the transparent car. You can only see the controls, and it looks normal on the outside, transparent on the inside.
"Dessa! Are you ok?" My dad asks, looking at me from the front seat.
"F-fine..." I say and they start to drive, the SWAT team behind us. My accent fades into me and I look around.

I arrive at home and the SWAT team are shouting orders at people.
"Get in the ship! Now! We don't have time, the Earth has stopped spinning on its' axis! The general yelled.
If we didn't get off this planet soon, we'd all die from the things crushing us, or from lack of sunlight, or too much sunlight. I couldn't help but think about what the general said," The Earth has stopped spinning on its' axis..."
What is the hope for Grenant? More importantly, the world
