Train Rides

"Lily Evans!" I shrieked. She turned around, looking for who screamed her name like they were on fire. Of course it was me, and of course she was halfway on the train. Her eyes widened when she saw me, and I waved, my pale hair glowing in the light. I ran over and enveloped her in the biggest hug ever. "Lily! Oh, it's been so long!" We ran and found an empty compartment, near the back. "So, how ya been?" I asked, grinning ear to ear. "Fine, why are you here Stell? You went to Castelobruxo!" She exclaimed, bouncing in her chair. I stared into my lap. "I might have been expelled." I mumbled. I heard a creak as the door slid open and heard Lily growl. I looked up at Lily and her eyes were narrowed. I looked at the doorway and saw a boy with messy hair and hazel eyes framed with glasses. "Evans! I was looking everywhere!" He exclaimed. "Go away Potter! I'm talking to a friend I haven't seen in ages. Go sit with your little friends somewhere else!" Lily shrieked. My eyes widened. "Lily, calm down." I said. The boy and his friends sat down, and introduced themselves. "I'm James Potter." Said the boy with messy hair. "I'm Sirius Black." Said the handsome one who looked like a super arrogant idiot. "Remus Lupin." Said the boy with sandy brown hair and three pale scars across his cheek. They sat in our compartment, leaving Lily and I with only enough room for one more person. "So," James started. "Why haven't I seen you around?" He said, looking at me. I rolled my eyes. "I was expelled from Ilvermorny." I stated. James laughed and Remus let out a chuckle from behind his book. A look of excitement crossed his face. "Wait, why were you expelled?" He said excitedly. "And what is Ilvermorny?" He questioned. "Ilvermorny is the North American School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and for the record, I was also expelled from Castelobruxo." I said, frowning at the look Lily gave me. Lily's eyes widened and a grin spread on James' face. "Really? What'd you do?" James asked eagerly. At the same time, Lily shrieked, "You were expelled TWICE?" I smiled. "For Castelobruxo I froze the tables and pranked the headmistress in my second year. I was expelled from Ilvermorny in my fourth year for freezing my divination teacher and pushing her out the window." Lily was staring at me with wide eyes and James, Sirius, and Remus were whispering to each other. "What? Never heard of losing it? And for your information my divination teacher predicted my death for the eighty-fifth time that year. I kept count." I said. "Stella Chloe Leone Flores Elfennau Sterling!" Shrieked Lily. I pouted. "Don't call me that!" I said angrily. "I will call you what I want to call you!" I screamed. We had a large shouting match. "What is going on! Lily, explain!" Yelled a voice who I instantly recognized as Marlene McKinnon. I jumped up. "MARLENE MCKINNON!" I yelled and squeezed her. "Hey Elfie! Long time no see!" I let go and crossed my arms. "How many times do I have to tell you. Don't. Call. Me. Elfie." I hissed. "Fine. Chlo." I rolled my eyes and sighed. "Better than nothing." I said, exasperated. I sat down and moved over so Marlene could sit down. Remus raised his eyebrows. "So Marlene and Lily are your childhood friends?" He asked. "Yep! And MARLENE!" I punched Marlene in the shoulder. "Has a LONG list of awful nicknames for me." Marlene punched me back. "They're cute!" She responded. "LILY HERE!" I yelled. "Likes to call me by my FULL NAME. Which is long. And in many different languages. And I don't like it. Well in English it's Stella Chloe Lion Blossom Elements Sterling, but whatever." I yelled. "Oh and SEVERUS!" I yelled. James and Sirius scrunched their noses. "Oh you know Snivellus too?" James asked. "Yeah, don't interrupt anymore. HE calls me Blondie. Making me sound awful." I said, pouting. "My point is!" yelled Lily. "You should get that elemental power under control. I can count on one hand how many times you've lost control, but trust me, it's ugly when you get mad." Lily said. I shrugged. "I am so glad I haven't seen her during one of your scenes." Marlene said. James and Sirius were just whispering and Remus was reading. When we left the train, Lily gave me a hug. "I hope you are a Gryffindor!" She exclaimed, then ran off. I smiled.
