One(verse)

*Sang Jae's P.O.V*

I ran as fast as my feet, or paws, can carry me. I tried to find my hyungs scent [A/N : okay so if you're wondering why I put 'hyung' instead of 'oppa' it's because she acts like a boy since she grew up with boys, her cousins and brother, she's the only girl in her family that was born. If that makes sense. Mianhaeyo :)] but it's been 1 year ever since we saw each other and I couldn't really remember his scent anymore. Maybe I should start -- *rustle*

I whipped my head as fast as a lightning to my right side, it was a good thing I didn't get a whiplash. I tried sniffing the air to know who that someone is.

'Huh, it smells like a wolfs scent', I thought to myself.

I tried looking everywhere, until I saw yellow eyes behind the trees, it started to walk towards me and I stood in my guard ready to fight.

But the wolf suddenly changed into his human... 'Oh, it's a her. Oops'.

"Of course I'm a 'her', have you ever seen a guy that's as pretty as me?" She giggled.

I stared at her, confused at how she knew I thought of her as a 'he'. But then I remembered that wolves can read each other's minds. Unless you block it from letting others know what you're thinking. I rolled my eyes at how dumb I am, even if I'm a royal princess.

"Are you just going to stand there or what?"she asked walking towards me.

I snapped out of my thoughts and changed into my human form and said "I'm sorry...I was uhm...thinking." If I would rate myself 1 to 100 for being dumb, that would be 1010.

"I'm sorry I just can't help myself cause you think you're dumb since you said and I quote 'I'm a royal princess'" She said and suddenly bursts out laughing.

I stared at her dumbfounded. It's not because she's laughing like a pig. It's the way how she talked to me. I actually feel relieved that even if she knows that I'm a royal princess, she still talked to me and laughed at me like I'm just a normal wolf, not a princess.

"Wait, so are you saying that you don't have friends?" She asked.

"I do have friends, well I think of my brothers and cousins as friends. If that one counts." I said.

I looked at her and tried reading her mind but I couldn't, 'Hm, seems like she blocked hers'. I thought to myself.

"I should probably introduce myself. Annyeonghaseyo Shin Hye Jin ibnida." Hye Jin said as she introduced herself.

"Annyeonghaseyo Lee Sang Jae imnida."

After I looked up at her, I noticed that she was thinking of something until she asked,

"Oh, myeossaliseyo (how old are you?)"

"Jeoneun isib ssalieyo (I'm 20 years old). Dangsineunyo (what about you?)" I asked.

"Sibpal ssalieyo (18 years old)"

"Oh, then I should call you eonni!" Hye Jin said while smiling. I looked at her shocked, because she's the first ever to call me eonni.

"Eonni, let's just celebrate later, because you look so happy right now." Hye Jin said.

"Oh well, I am since your the first one to call me 'eonni'" I said while smiling.

"Okay eonni, but may I ask why you're here?" Hye Jin asked.

'It wouldn't be bad if I tell her right?' I thought to myself.

"I'll tell you the story why, but before I do that...c-can we uhm...g-go somewhere e-else? Not here? And then I'll tell you?" I stuttered.

"Okay eonni sure thing." I could feel her staring at me as to why I was stuttering.

"Eonni, since you won't probably know where you're going to stay or to go even. You can stay at mine." Hye Jin stated.

"Komawoyo Hye Jin-ah" I thanked her.

After she said that, we both changed to our wolf form. I looked at her fur, she has a light brown fur with a bit of black added to it and it's really pretty. I've never seen that kind of fur before.

"Eonni!" Hye Jin said through her mind.

"Oh, wae?" I asked, confused.

"Naeun dangsin-ui mopi leul salang (I love your fur). I've never really seen a wolf with a pure white fur before." She said. I can practically see her grinning right now.

"Komawo, Hye Jin-ah" I thanked her, again.

"Eonni, can you tell me why I saw you in the middle of the forests alone, and you looked like you've been running away from someone. Were you running away?" Hye Jin asked concerned through her mind.

We started to walk, in our wolf forms, to where Hye Jin was taking me. Who knows where.

"Yeah I did. I ran away because it has been a chaos with the wolves and vampires. Ever since I turned 18, my uncle from the wolf side, decided to turn his back from us. He told everyone about me, both the wolves and vampires side, being able to balance the vampires and wolves would be a bad thing. Nobody listened because we all know that it's not true." I stopped and took a deep breath and continued.

"He got so angry, that he went and told my auntie from the vampires side, who hates me so much. And they decided to work together to...to...to kill me. I heard them talking about it in the forest. So I went back home and told my parents, they didn't believe me at first. But my cousin came and told them the same thing, and they believed us." Damn I didn't know it was this hard talking about it.

"My parents went to talk to both of them. They tried telling them that k-killing me won't be a great idea. But aunt and uncle didn't listen and you know what they did next?" I asked and looked at Hye Jin, who have been listening.

"What?" She asked.

"They both attacked my parents. It was a good thing that my cousins and I followed them. But we were outnumbered. We were all hurt, I tried healing all of them, but I was badly injured myself that I couldn't do it. I didn't noticed that my youngest cousin, Jeon Jungkook called the guards. My uncle and all his people ran away and hid so the guards didn't really had enough time to atleast capture 1 or 2 of his people." I finished off.
