The Night Walkers

Chapter 3

I looked up at Luke and smiled faintly. "He's telling me that the cuddles will destroy us all." letting out a small giggle when I answered. "Spike should be nicer." Luke chuckled. I sighed happy he bought it but if they knew about the nightmares I'd be upstairs sleeping on the couch and they wouldn't sleep. "Jade is there something you aren't telling me?" He asked and I picked up Spike. "He made fun of you guys." Luke raised an eyebrow. "Oh what did he say?" I bit my lip and looked down. "Nothing nevermind let's go upstairs and I'll make dinner." I felt odd ignoring the burning feeling in my throat and got up walking upstairs to the kitchen. I knew I had to finish my senior year so I had a plan. The boys probably weren't going to let me continue going to my normal school so hopefully I could get my plan to work. "Its getting late." Kyle said yawning after we finished eating. Razor and Luke nodded in agreement yawning and they all got up going to bed. Normally they wouldn't leave me alone but I guess they really were tired so I grabbed my bag after doing the dishes and left to enroll in night school. I could feel it though as soon as I stepped foot onto the campus. Vampires were everywhere.
         
   ~Time Skip~
I went to Razor's room and saw Kyle sleeping on the floor with Luke on the couch and Razor on the bed. I curled up next to Razor and smiles closing my eyes letting sleep over take me. Not even five minutes later I woke up from a nightmare. I hugged him tight the image of those red eyes burning into my skull. I was terrified of someone who was already dead but I don't want to lose the boys. "Jade?" I heard Kyle mumble confused rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "S-sorry did I interrupt boys night or something?" I asked and felt Razor wrap his arms around my body. "Are you alright was it a nightmare?" He asked ignoring my joking question. "No I'm fine." I lied snuggling into Razor's chest only for him to start petting my head comfortingly. "I was thinking of going to the mall want to come with?" I asked avoiding anymore questions about nightmares. "Oh hell yeah seeing girls in tight clothes is what I was born for." Kyle smirked and Luke lifted his head sleepily. "Do you need new clothes A.J?" He asked. I let out a small giggle. "Yes and summer starts soon so I need a new swim suit." I cheered. "I'm not paying for it this time." Luke said and I giggles before shaking Razor. "Hey get up we're gonna go to the mall." He just turned over having let go of me and went to fall back asleep leaving me to pout. "Razor come on please." I whined shaking him. "Fine go get dressed." He sighed giving in and sitting up brushing his hair from his face. I squealed before jumping out of the bed and running downstairs getting into a black tank top and skort before hearing a knock at the door. "Hello?" I answered before seeing Eve in front of me. "You never came over yesterday." She said and I walked outside closing the door behind me. "I did actually." I said staring at her with an emotionless face. "Oh sorry I must not have heard you come over." She said smiling a fake smile. "How long have you been doing this to me?" I asked and she stared confused. "Doing what?" She asked with fake innocence. "How long have you been cheating on me?" I asked and she stared. "I've never cheated on you. I would never do that to you Jade." She lied to my face inside I was boiling with anger. "Then why did I walk in to see you with some boy on the couch moaning." I asked and she looked shocked before her expression changed to a smug look. "Alright you caught me but you live with three boys and have them wrapped around your finger you probably have been shacking it up with all of them." She smirked until I slapped her, Hard. "Don't ever talk about them like that." I hissed before walking inside slamming the door in her face and pulling in my heels. "Forget it I'm going to the mall alone." I called to the boys leaving before they could protest. My heart ached and my throat burned but I didn't know how to fix it. When I walked to the mall I was silent hoping that they wouldn't follow and would just let me be. Once I got to hot topic I pulled Kyle's wallet out of my purse giggling and got a bunch of stuff with it. Once I was finished shopping I gagged lightly at a sickly sweet smell that caught my attention. "What the heck is that?" I questioned before following the smell to an ally where a drunk man sat bleeding a bit. "I'm sorry." I whispered unable to hold myself back and I bit him.
