Location: New Home

I park my car in the drive way and notice my little brother, Daniel, crawling on the roof of the house. I get out of my car and immediately enter the house without caring about my stupid lil bro. I find my mother in the kitchen and ask her, "What's for dinner?"

"Broccoli on a stick," She exclaim as she takes the burnt broccolis out of the oven and throws it onto the table in front of me.

"Mom, since when do you cook?"

"I don't, the neighbours gave me a cook book and said they'll only fuck those who can cook so here I am trying to cook a broccoli on stick."

"Mom, never mention your sex life again whenever we have a conversation like this. It's very hard to reply to when you talk horny 24/7."

I walk to the cabinet and take a packet of chips. Actually you know what, I'll take four more and also some drinks from the fridge. With the food in my arms, I get upstairs and into my room. I lay the food and drinks onto my bed and put on dark blue pants and a dark blue t-shirt. Then, I sit on my bed, open my laptop and start playing my jam. I sing the words, "DON'T GO BREAKING MY HEARTTT... I COULDN'T IF I TRIEEEDD... HONEYYY IF I GET RESTLESSSSS... BABY YOU'RE NOT THAT KINDDD...."

Suddenly, I hear a loud bang above me. I stop my music and remember something. Without hesitating, I walk to my window and open it while screaming, "GET OFF THE DAMN FREAKING ROOF DAN, YOU STUPID LIL SHIT."

My voice was echoing in the silence of the night, but, after that, comes the sound of my little brother falling off the roof and onto my car. He lays there on my precious car with shattered glass surrounding him and the only word he can mutter out of his miserable mouth was an audible, 'ouch'.

I wish he had not survived that incident because now I'll have to visit him in the hospital every now and then. I guess now I really need to go to that car shop Macy suggested. Sigh.

Out of the corner of my eyes, I see a figure standing in the shadows not far across my house. He was standing behind a tree, very creepy and cliché. I open my mouth and shout towards him, "WHAT ARE YOU STARING AT, YOU HOBO."

The roughness of my voice startled the man and made him paddle away like a penguin that paddles away when it is startled by another penguin. I couldn't see his face but I saw him wearing a fedora hat and a fox tail. Weirdo.

I look away and hurry downstairs. All I could see is my mother calling the ambulance while my little brother moans in pain.

"The ambulance is on their way," My mother says. "Why would you do such a thing Chloe? Making your little brother hurt himself."

"It's not my fault he's always on the roof. Even our pet cats, Lozza and Tezza, are on the roof. You need to train your son to stop going up there and doing whatever he likes to do with his cats." I try to make up excuses but I know, deep inside, I still do not care about my little brother's stupid and dumb actions.

In just a few hours later, the ambulance arrive in our driveway. It's 3 a.m. in the morning. My mom is sleeping outside while I'm in the kitchen making apple pie for myself. The neighbour's cook book did really come in handy. I made a 10-inch apple pie in less than 69 minutes. I place a 5-inch slice of pie on a plate and top it off with white cream. I bring it and go outside to watch my brother get dragged out the top of the car and put onto a stroller.

"CHLO-LO. Come outside, they're here!" My mother shouts from the driveway.

"I'm on my way. CHILL." I say as I get out.
