Every Thursday, Lucy would religiously make her way to the Antique Shop in the town, just a few blocks away from her house. She would spend up to an hour browsing around the shop. Normally she would come home with something new, she had a great knowledge of what was in the shop. This Thursday, something caught her eye.. Something she had never seen before.
There it was, the dream catcher, hanging up on the back of the shop wall. She instantly fell in love with it and asked the shop keeper where it was from. The shop keeper replied quite quickly, claiming that an old woman had brought it in, not asking for any cash for it.. She just wanted to get rid of some old stuff' that was lying around. Lucy became confused to why someone would give away such a beautiful dream catcher.
The shop keeper became agitated to why Lucy was asking questions about it. She asked how much it would cost. The shop keeper then told Lucy that she could have it for whatever she was willing to pay. Before she could negotiate, Lucy slapped five dollars onto the counter and took it. She then ran home with her new purchase, excited to make space for it in her bedroom.
