Lucy got home and found the space for her dream catcher. She put it right infront of her bed on the wall, where she thought would be a good place as she could fall asleep whilst glaring at it. For the first time ever, Lucy was excited to go to bed that night. She had a big conspiracy that an old ancestor would lock into your dream catcher and send you great, exciting and vivid dreams while you sleep.
She said goodnight to her parents at 9pm and skipped up to bed. She lay down on her back and glared at the dream catcher. She suddenly began to feel really tired. She wanted to look at the catcher for longer but she could not keep her eyes open. Lucy was the type of person who could stay awake for almost the hole night, but not in this case.
As Lucy began to fall asleep, she felt something heavy, like a small weight on her chest. She woke up immediately finding it hard to breathe. She sat up and caught her breathe. Confused, Lucy lay back down in shock, as this had never happened to her before. She did not take it as anything bad, so she closed her eyes again and fell into a deep sleep.
