Two hours to capture......
"Mage. No."
"Mage yes!"
"No, Mage."
"Yes, Mage."
"Stop doing that!"
"Let us in!"
"Urrrrgggg!"
Lucifer had been watching the two angels go at it for a while now and he was rapidly getting bored. It didn't seem close to stopping so Lucifer decided to intervene--before he died of the lack of attention he was--or rather /wasn't/--receiving.
"Girls, girls, you're both pretty. But more so Mage." Here, he paused to wink at said angel, "But I'm dying here, let's go." With those words, Lucifer attempted to grab the gold ball of light that hung around the neck of the blonde haired angel Mage had been conversing with.
The blonde angel, known as Ark, looking rather violated, swatted his hand away with a yelp, "MAGE. YOUR DEMON TRIED TO TOUCH ME."
Mage was practically on the verge of a mental breakdown. He could only take so much of Lucifer's flirting and Ark's incessant whining. He could feel his mood flip from cheerful to upset in a snap.
Lucifer crossed his arms, fixing Ark with an offended glare, "I'm not a demon, you imbecile. I am a /devil/. Demons are lesser beings. Pitiful creatures who torment mortals for kicks." His eyes flash as he leans forward, "Wanna know what I do for kicks?"
Mage mentally groans. What came next had to be either sex jokes or vivid descriptions of torture.
Ark took a quick step back, "N-no. I'd r-rather n-not."
Before Lucifer could say whatever disturbing thing he had in mind, he was painfully interrupted as Mage roughly elbowed him in the stomach, causing Lucifer to bend over, clutching his middle as he gasped from pain and sudden lack of air.
"Ark, I don't have time for your shLit. Hand over the flipping orb." Mage demanded, holding out his hand.
Behind him, Lucifer dramatically fell over, and grabbed his ankle, "Mage...I thought you loved me~"
Mage, face stoic, hand still outstretched toward Ark, ignored Lucifer's words and ankle grabbing.
Ark gave Mage a distressed look, hunching his shoulders and murmuring under his breath. Finally, he spoke.
"She won't be happy."
Mage waved a dismissive hand, "Oh please. She'll be ecstatic."
Ark fidgeted, nervously biting his nails and eyes flickering about. "I don't know....."
"Oh for Heaven sake, Ark!" Mage, having grown impatient, reached forward, snatching the glowing orb from around Ark's neck.
Ark, reacting too slowly, grasps nothing but air as both Mage and Lucifer vanish in a flash of gold.
He stares, panicstricken, at the empty spot where the two had just barely stood. Oh he was so fired.
/!*!\
Lucifer jumped to his feet just in time to avoid the carriage pulled by two winged creatures that rolled over where he had previously been.
The orb had transported them right into the middle of a busy street. Lining the sides of the road were shops that thronged with people, all chatting, buying and going about their day. What set them apart from most people was the fact that the majority of them had wings. Those that were wingless had a bright, gold or white glow encompassing their being.
