Chapter 1:This Was a Fun Hour

"Rai! Rai! Rai!"My brother screamed through my phone that's on the table.

I picked it up,"What?"

"Why are you ignoring me? I'm trying to apologize here."He whines.

"I'm mad at you"

"Raiiiiiiiiiii!"Ugh so annoying.

"Shut up. I'll forgive you if you bring me a souvenir from Japan."I grin although he can't see it.

"Deal."

I laugh,"I hate when you just tell me you're going on a business trip the day before you go."

"I know. I'm sorry."He chuckles,"Oh got to go see you in three weeks."

"Sure. Bye Benny."I hung up and set my phone on the table.

Such a shame a twenty-three year old brother leaves his nineteen year old sister alone in such a big house.

Oh well.

I stood up and went to the kitchen to answer the house phone that was ringing,"Hello?"

"Raina please tell your mom it's not good to be so uptight during our vacation."Dad's voice practically shouts over a female, who most likely my mom's, voice.

"No it's not and I'm just worried about Rai and my Benny-Boo."Mom tells him.

I laugh,"You two are funny but uh....I'm (Crunches up paper) losing (crunches paper)... you.... Bye."I hung up not in the mood for their silliness.

I set the house phone on the rack and grabbed a few grapes.

Tossing them up and landing in my mouth I laughed as one or two hit my nose.

"Boo!"I jumped and twirled around to find my laughing best friend.

"Damn it Jay you made me waste a grape!"I glared at my friend.

"So what?" We walked into the living room and sat down,"Oh Rai did you hear?"

"Jayla tell me how am I supposed to hear thing if I'm always sitting in the house?"

"Seriously you need to go out more."

"Heard what?"I asked but with an eye roll.

"Oh! There will be triplets coming to town."Jay squealed.

"Huh?"I scrunched up my eyebrows in confusion,"Why?"

"Well Jamie told me that Sarah told her that Fred told her that Palo told him that Kanna told him that Mr.Joe was renting a house and they bought it and just the three of them."After all that Jay took a big gulp of air.

"This is why I don't even try to remember people's names." I crossed my arms,"You could have just said that Mr.Joe said yada yada."

She thinks,"Oh that would have been easier but too late now."

I roll my eyes,"Dumbass."

"I'm not and I hope the triplets are hot."

"Hmm I hope... They just stay out of my way."

Jay gave me a confused look but then just watched TV with me,"You are so not worthy being a girl."

"And you're not worthy trying to be one."

It's not really true Jay is a pure guy and gay but he has a petite body and girly hair.

Shit he makes a better girl than me.
