Akio's Beginning

"I can't believe I made it to Magnolia, home of the Fairy Tail Guild!" Akio said aloud as she roamed the streets of magnolia.
"Hey! Akio! You mean "WE" made it!" A small voice behind her squeaked, Akio chuckled and knelt down to pick up her furry friend.
"I'm sorry Snow you're right, we made it.. Even though I wish Frost was here with us.." She said as she looked up at the sky.

*FLASH BACK*

"Frost! Where are you!" Akio screamed, blinded by the blizzard before her, her tears frozen on her cheeks as she continued her search.
"FROST!" She cried hearing her voice echo throughout the mountaintop, she wandered the mountains for 3 weeks before she was found by some unknown wizards.
"What's a small girl like this... doing in a blizzard.. Could it be that her parents abandoned her?" One wizard spoke up.
"It's possible, and if they did they made a big mistake, parents these days should know this world is full of predators that like to prey on the innocent." The Leader said with a smirk, as he grabbed Akio's arm harshly yanking her up.
"L-Let me go!" Akio wailed trying to get away from the mans grasp, The man then grabbed her chin and forced her to look upon him.
"My, My, This child has white eyes... that's very rare.." The man said, smirking once again as he knocked her out and threw her over his shoulder.
"Boss... She's just a child.. Why her!." One man blurted out then instantly covered his mouth, realizing his mistake. The leader lashed out clocking the other man in the jaw.
"You do not question me!" The Leader bellowed, making his voice echo throughout the mountains. The smaller man nodded rapidly, as he quickly got back up and followed his leader back to their Guild Hall.
For the next ten years, Akio lived as a slave, cleaning the floors, cooking the men their food, and if she made one mistake she was beaten then chained to the wall in the basement, just to be toyed with by the men. When she got older it turned into rape, Until one day she made her escape, and on that day she vowed she would get stronger and get her revenge.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
"Akio!" The sound of her name snapped her away from the awful memories that forever haunted her. She placed a hand on her forehead and sighed.
"I'm sorry Snow I must have zoned out again... " She said softly with a smile, Snow gave her a sympathetic look. Snow knew what happened to her, it was something the confessed to her long ago.
"Why don't we find somewhere to eat!" Snow piped up trying to make Akio feel better.
"I'm up for it!" Akio beamed the thought of food always lifted up her spirt, as they looked around the city, they found a cozy little diner.
"Let's eat here!" Akio said with enthusiasm, as they walked in there were loud noises coming from the kitchen.
"COME ON! GRAMPS IS GONNA KILL US IF WE DON'T HURRY!" A familiar voice yelled, Akio's eyes widened at the sound, she leaned down to whisper into Snows ear
"Snow... I know that voice anywhere.. It's Natsu Dragneel! Son of Igneel!" Akio walked to the kitchen quickly just hoping to get a glance at the fellow Dragon Slayer.
"Natsu! Quit yelling! There's other people out there, who're trying to enjoy there food!" A girl with long blonde hair said.
"Lucy is here too!" Akio thought as she peeked through the door, Snow looked up at her and chuckled.
"Akio.. Why don't you just go in and talk to them." She whispered causing Akio to flush.
"A-A-Are you crazy! There's no way!..." She hissed quietly, Snow just rolled her eyes. Suddenly a busy waiter came rushing by, not realizing Akio was standing there he rammed into her causing her to fall into the kitchen.
"Ow.... Watch where your going bud!" Akio yelled furiously wiping the food off of her shirt. Snow sat up and rubbed her head.
"Tch... Bonehead! What kind of server rams into a girl like that! You could've hurt her!" Snow yelled furiously, her wings suddenly appeared on her back. Snow flew up a bit so she could look the boy in the face.
"Apologize!" Snow huffed crossing her arms over her chest. The boy bowed stuttering an apology.
"Now begone!" Snow yelled turned around. "Are you alright Akio?" She asked as her wings disappeared, she then noticed the young wizards staring at Akio and herself.
"Y-Yea.. I'm fine.." Akio said as she dusted herself off, She then looked up and noticed them as well. 'OMG.... HOW EMBARRASSING!' Akio wailed in her mind.
"Are you alright miss?" The blond said as she helped Akio up. Natsu grabbed Lucy's hand while looking at Akio.
"Lucy wait....*sniff*... she smells like a dragon." He said softly as he sniffed the air around her. Akio snatched her arm away, and huffed.
"T-That's because I'm an Ice Dragon Slayer..." She muttered. After hearing this the Fairy Tail wizards mouth dropped.
"N-No way! Seriously!?" Lucy and Natsu yelled I'm unison, Akio just looked down at the floor and nodded.
