just an act (a naruto fan fic)

chapter 1-what is going on?!

(? P.O.V)

I see a little girl on the ground about twelve yrs old in the middle of the forest as I walk closer I see cuts, bruises on her wrists, ankles and some other places and a very big gash on her torso she needed immediate attention now so while I was checking if there was any enemy near I heard a small whimper that breaks my attention

(Sumi P.O.V)

I whimper as I hear birds chirping I try to open my eyes but the sunlight hurts my eyes so I quickly close my.... WAIT!! SUNLIGHT I HAVENT SEEN LIGHT IN 8 YEARS!!

I come to the conclusion that my father probably became bored so abandoned me, as I open my eyes I see an outline of a person crouched in front of me

'miss are you okay?' the mystery man said

Wait! I've heard that voice before I thought just who is it?

I look up and try to get up but my body just gives up, so I reply to the man

'can you.. please... help me' I try to be very polite

by this time my eyes have adjusted to the light so I look back at the mystery person and see it's Kakashi?!

before I get a reply I start to feel drowsy because of the mass loss of blood so I close my eyes

(Kakashi's P.O.V)

'can you.. please... help me'

the girl starts to close her eyes so I quickly scoop her up into bridal style and run back to Konoha

(time skip)

(still Kakashi's P.O.V)

at the hospital

I quickly ask a nurse to take care of the girl

(nurse P.O.V)

Kakashi-san comes running into the hospital holding a bloodied girl in a very horrible state I hurriedly run to him and see the girl covered in blood, cuts and big bruises I gasp at her state I quickly but cautiously take her and help her

(Kakashi's P.O.V)

after the nurse takes the girl into the hospital room

I run to Hokage's office

I bow 'lord third I found a girl in the woods in a horrible state so I took her to the hospital'

the Hokage nods 'ok then I must go check on her then Kakashi please come with me'

(time skip)

(nurse's P.O.V)

I finish covering the poor girl in bandages and ask Kakashi-san to come in with Hokage-sama

'Hokage-sama I have checked the girl's state it is terrible, she has 3 broken ribs, a large gash, a lot of scars from a long time ago, a lot of bruises in the abdomen, wrists and ankles she probably has been tortured since a long time ago

(Sumi's P.O.V, I'm sorry that I keep on switching P.O.V's)

as I start to open my eyes everything was so... so white so I thought I was in heaven and accidentally blurted out

'am I in heaven where pain isn't even a word?'

'I'm sorry but no' i turn to see the Hokage smiling sadly at me

then I blurt 'i must be hallucinating'

like what do you think when you see an anime character from the 'NARUTO' series standing there smiling sadly at me taking pity ugh I would think its a dream but it feels soooooo real

I stutter and bow respectfully 'h-hello H-Hokage sam-a' i start to beat myself up mentally for stuttering

but who wouldn't be scared the Hokage has the power he can order Ibiki to torture me while I think about it sends a shiver up my spine

the Hokage smiles at me ' hello child, what is your name?'

'Sumi.....' i start to feel relaxed and quickly think of a last name while I think I start to have a flashback

(flashback)

a man in his 30's has finish beating up his daughter a girl by the age of 5

'and don't call yourself an Emiko anymore' as the man yells that at the girl he starts to spit on her

(Emiko means Blessed, Beautiful Child)

(still Sumi's P.O.V)

I smile and say 'Sumi... Chiruka'

(Chiruka means falling petals - death)

I think it quite suits me

'ok, then could you please tell me why were you in the forest outside of Konoha '

'I... don't... know?' :( I replied

'ok' the Hokage replies

but I quickly cut him off by saying 'but please don't torture meI beg'

' its ok, I was going to ask you if you wanted to become a shinobi of the leaf' he smiles

I smile and happily say 'of course'

'ok then you start the ninja academy in 2 days could you please come to my office tomorrow after you have been released from the hospital'

'hai Hokage- sama' i say as I give him a salute as he chuckles and turns to leave

Kakashi finishes reading his pervy book and starts coming my way

'oh and by the way my name is Kakashi'

'i know' i say

'i mean, ok thank you Kakashi-san for bringing me here I never got the chance to say thankyou' i quickly recover from my mistake

as I say that Kakashi gives me a suspicious look

as Kakashi and the Hokage leave, I drop my smile and stare at the painting in my room

'I can still keep up that act, huh'

'I can only feel pain and no happiness that is my curse'

'I can put 1000 masks on every day'

(Kakashi's P.O.V)

'HOKAGE' I yell as I quickly catch up to the Hokage and ask him

'why did you let that girl stay in Konoha'

'Kakashi did you not see that pain filled in her eyes, I believe that Konoha is a place that can help her fill that hole in her heart, I believe that she would come to love Konoha and its people' lord third replies

'are you sure' i ask the Hokage I would never disagree but I can't help but be suspicious of her, and what did she mean by 'i know'

'of course' lord third replies

'did you feel that elegance and authority that surrounded her every move she made, I think that is a great asset to the village'

'of course Hokage'
