Ella --
Ugh. Another day, another home, another school. Hopefully I'd make some friends at this new school, Summerbrook High I think. I got changed into a pair of high waisted shorts, a white tank top and some red converse. I pulled my hair into a high ponytail and left the house for another day of torture, yet this time in an unknown place.
I walked into the huge building and up to the reception.
"Hi, I'm Ella Reynolds, I'm new here." I stated.
"Oh yes, hello Miss. Reynolds! Here's your schedule," she handed me a timetable with all my classes written on it. My first class today was Math, with Mr. Smith. He already sounded boring.
I sighed, and realised his classroom, A4, was right next to me. I opened the door and stepped inside.
"Ah! You must be Ella!" a middle-aged man with black hair and green eyes made his way towards me. I felt a pair of eyes on me as Mr. Smith shook my hand and smiled at me. I turned to see a girl glaring at me, obviously one of those girls who hit on teachers. I never found teachers attractive, they were always boring and annoying and too enthusiastic.
"Class, this is Ella Reynolds! Now Ella, why don't you tell us a bit about yourself?" Mr. Smith told the class.
"I'm Ella, I just turned 16 last month. I was born in California, but I've been moving house every year, 'cause my mom can't find a job anywhere." I smiled.
Mr. Smith guided me to the desk at the back, next to a girl with long brown wavy hair and blue eyes.
"Hey, I'm Jess Levy, I'm new here too!" she grinned at me and I smiled back.
"Hi Jess! I guess we can help each other round then!" I laughed.
"Yep! What lesson do you have next?"
"Drama with Mr. Downey, what about you?"
"Same! Yay! Sit next to me?"
"Sure!" I was glad to have a friend. Jess seemed really nice, not like all my other "friends" who never spoke to me after I moved like they promised they would.
Soon, the bell rang and me and Jess made our way to Mr. Downey's class. I opened the door and sat down at the back of the classroom, followed by Jess. There was no teacher in the room, so I took out my phone and texted my mom.
'Hey mom, day gone fine so far, made a really nice friend! Xxx'
I sent the text and looked up, to see another middle-aged man stroll into the room. He had dark brown hair, chocolate brown eyes, and a clean-cut beard. I actually gasped, having to cover up with a cough.
"Ella! Didn't think you were the type to go for teachers?" she obviously saw my gasp.
"Shut up! He's gorgeous though, right?" she nodded slowly.
"Right class, we have 2 new students today! Jess Levy and Ella Reynolds! Can you stand up please?" Mr. Downey spoke.
Me and Jess stood up timidly and gave a small wave to the class.
"Girls, I hope you find your ways around the school today, we couldn't have two gorgeous girls wandering lost now could we?" he smirked.
I looked wide-eyed at Jess, who was turning bright red.
"Class, today we're going to do some romance acting! I need you all in pairs, a boy and a girl,"
A boy with blonde hair and blue eyes came and asked Jess to pair up with him, leaving me alone. I waited for someone to ask me, but no one did. I looked up to see Mr. Downey standing over me.
