Don't Let Me Go

Chapter 3

Harrys Pov:

We walk into our flat and I can't help but to stare at Madison, the way she effortlessly looks so beautiful I really want to get to know her but she seems like she isn't interested.

"I'm gonna go pick up Eleanor and Perrie" Louis says

"Im coming too" Zayn and Liam chime in

"Uh, I'll go too" Sophie adds in "if its okay with Maddye"

"Yea-h its fine" Madison says almost asking

"Ill stay here too" I quickly say flashing a smile to Madison. Or should I just call her Maddye.

Maddyes pov:

Yep. They left me here with Harry. Im sitting here in One Directions flat and Harry Styles is in the shower. This cannot be real. Right as I'm about to turn the tv on a huge spider crawls up my arm.

"OH MY GOD" I scream swatting it onto the floor

"What is it, what happened" Harry comes running out of the bathroom with just a towel hanging on his hips and his curls a wet mess on his head.

"Theres a spider" I point

"Shit, kill it!" He says jumping up on the couch. Hes obviously scared.

I cant help but to burst into an uncontrollable laughter. As I fall on the floor there is a puzzled look on his face.

W-what are you laughing at" he says more manly than before

"You're scared of a spider!" I say still in laughter

"No Im not" he says raising an eyebrow "I was just mocking you"

"Really now?" I say stopping my laughter as I walk over to him. "Then kill it Mr. Manly Styles"

"I will" he says grabbing a cup off the table

"Okay, im waiting" I giggle

He smashes the bug hesitantly. I cant get over how adorable he is and I haven't laughed this much since well, Jase.

"Well now that is done, im gonna finish my shower. You can watch uh tv if you want" he says nervously running his fingers through his wet curls

"Alright" I nod my head and he walks back to the bathroom.

While hes in the shower I flip through the channels, nothing's really on so I go and look at the movies they have to watch. As I look through them I begin to grab ones I might want to watch and then I turn around to Harry smiling at me.

"What are we watching" he invites himself

"Well, I was gonna watch Life As We Know It" I emphasize the I

"Erm, oh well I was hoping I could watch it with you. Its gonna be a while before they get back and I dont really have anything else to do" he explains nervously

"Yeah, you can watch it" I say laughing

"Why are you always laughing at me?" He joins laughing and walks into the kitchen

"I dont really know" I say pressing play "hurry up, im not pausing it" I sprawl out on the couch

"Im making you popcorn what do you want to drink?" He asks

"doesnt matt" before I can finish hes standing in front of me with two cups and a bowl of popcorn

"Can I sit down?" He asks sweetly

"Go for it" I pat down the seat next to me and move my feet

This is really weird. A few hours ago I was hearing One Direction on the radio. A few months ago I was hearing about how Liam and my best friend were a thing and now I'm sitting in London with Harry styles watching a movie.

Harry's pov:

As we sit on the couch I'm intrigued by her beautiful blue eyes and the freckles on her cheeks, I find myself looking at her more than at the movie. Her beautiful brown hair is sitting so perfectly on her small shoulders and in this moment with a girl I barely know I feel so serene. Why do I feel like this about someone I dont know, I have to get to know her.

"How's the movie?" I ask trying to make conversation

"Good but I'm getting a bit sleepy" she says sweetly

"You can go to bed if you want" I really dont want her to go to bed

"No it's okay, but do you have any blankets?" She asks me

I get up to grab her one, ill just let her use mine. What time is it anyways? 10:30. I guess they're gonna stay in an hotel tonight. The drive to the girls was pretty far, I'll text Niall and see.

"Here you go" I sit down on the couch

"Thanks" shes obviously more interested in the movie

Maddye's pov:

I love this movie, but I cant stop thinking about everything that's happened lately. Im sitting here with Harry and this is the first time in weeks I havent thought about Jase. I dont want to get attached to Harry. Im just gonna keep my distance.

"Hey, wheres the bathroom? I need to brush my teeth and put on some pajamas" I ask.

"Down the hall to the right" he points with his mouth full of popcorn

"Hey Maddye" he yells down the hall "Liam and the rest of them are staying in an hotel tonight because its late and it's a long drive but they will be back in the morning" he says excitedly

"Oh" I dont know how I feel about this, well I do but do I really wanna stay here all night with just Harry?

"If thats okay, of course" he adds in

"Uh. Yeah. Thats okay" I try to make it not too awkward

I walk back into the living room to find harry laying on the couch in my spot, when he meets my eyes he looks me up and down obviously checking me out. I dont see why Im not wearing anything special just an oversized tee and some running shorts.

"You can close your mouth now" I say giggling through words

"Oh yeah, I'm sorry" his cheeks turn bright pink and its quite adorable

Harry's pov:

She sits down next to me and covers up her small figure, and continues watching the movie

"You look really sleepy, want me to go to bed so you can sleep?" I offer

"No its fine, go to bed when your ready" she sleepily says

As she dozes off I quietly cover her up, turn the tv off and sneak into my bedroom so I don't wake her.
