"I'm so excited to get away from school for two weeks!" I said to my best friend in the whole world. So here's the thing we are 20 and in college, my name is Aris and my friends name is Roxy and we are going on a cruise just the two of us no parents just us!
We are on a 7 day cruise with 4 stops and 3 sea days. We get a cabin with two beds a bathroom that is super small and a closet. Oh and a couch and a vanity! We leave on a plane to a hotel where we will stay for the night and then the next morning we will board the ship!
When we leave our dorms to the parking we see our parents by our car. They are here to drive us to the airport ( we want to keep our car here ) also to say goodbye right before we go through security. When we get all of our 4 luggage bags in the car. Yes 4, two for each of us and don't judge it is a 7 day cruise and you need to have a dinner outfit for each night do that's 14 outfits plus makeup and room for souvenirs. When we get to the airport we walk through and when we get to the security line we say good bye and give our parents hugs and kisses.
Then we breeze through the line and sit in the chairs by the gate. We are gate C23 and our flight is to Tampa, Florida ( We live in California ) because the port is there. When they start calling all B passengers for Tampa, Florida we line up. I'm B29 and Roxy is B28 so she goes first. Right before we get on the plane we tap the outside twice for good luck!
