Mari POV:
I walk into the kitchen, Matt's not there, I go into Tiana's room, he's not there, I go into the living room and he's watching an old YouTube video. "I've always wanted to be a skinny Ron Jeremy. Good god I hope that quote doesn't last. . ." When I hear that, it brings back so many memories: when Iancorn had their first dance, Jovens god awful singing, and Sohinki going overboard when he won the Just Dance game bang. "Hey, Matt."
"Yes honey?"
"Why are you still up? Tomorrow is your turn to shop and edit the Maricraft video." For the past year and a half, Matt and I have been taking turns editing the Maricraft videos.
" I couldn't sleep. Tiana was hungry so I fed her some formula. What are you doing up?"
"I just went to check on Tiana and noticed you weren't in her nursery."
"You want to watch some old videos with me?"
"Yeah, which ones?"
"I was thinking maybe the biker gang GTS."
"Yes, I haven't watched that for a long time." I sit down next him and rest my head on his shoulder. As I drift asleep, I hear Flitz screaming from Lasercorn trying to kill him. When I wake, i hear bacon sizzling and Tiana laughing when Matt bounces around because hot grease got on his arm. We had a meet up with the fans in four hours to announce my coming back to the channel. I am expecting a few clusters of fans here and there, but I might as well do my makeup later. "Hey, how are you two this morning?"
"We're fine. Tiana threw her first piece of bacon across the room so I think she's cranky this morning."
*buzz*
"Matt hang on a minute, okay?"
"OK."
When I check my phone I see that it is Lasercorn Texting me.
"Mari, I need you guys to watch Tyler for me for an hour or two. I know you don't have anything to do for a few hours so what do you say?"
"Okay, just bring him over when you're ready."
"Okay, see you in a bit."
"Matt, we are going to watch Tyler for David while he's gone for a little bit."
"Okay, please help me. Tiana is really resistant today."
"Ugh, fine. It's because she knows she is going to uncle jovens house later today."
*Ding Dong*
After I hear the doorbell I run straight to the door. I open it to see David and babycorn standing outside. "Hey David! Do you want some Bacon?"
"No, no, Ian, Anthony, and I are going to the meet up at comic con. *yawn* See you later Mari, Tyler listen to her and don't try and hurt Tiana."
As soon as he says this, I give a little chuckle knowing that Tiana will be the one causing the trouble. "Bye David, Matt and I will give you Tyler when it's our turn for the meet up. Tiana is going to stay with Joven."
"Yikes, good luck with that. Bye Mari, I'll see you in a little bit."
After David leaves I take Tyler to Matt and I finish dressing Tiana.
*Two hours later. . .*
"Matt come on. We better leave now if we are going to make it to the convention in time."
"Okay, I'll get Tiana and Tyler while you get the car started.
"Fine! Just, hurry." I yell this as I grab my car keys and Tyler's car seat that David brought and run to the car. Almost as soon as I get to the car, I get a text from a private number:
******: Mari I suggest you don't go to the convention today. It would be a shame if something happened to you.
I unlock the car and put Tyler's car seat next to Tiana's, completely ignoring the text. I decide to start the car and listen to the radio waiting for Matt and the babies to get here. Five minutes and three bad songs later, Matt comes outside. We strap the babycorn and Tiana in and went straight to the convention. When we get there, I see Lasercorn hunched over Anthony almost sleeping. "David, wake up. It's your turn to watch the children."
"Huh, oh, okay."
After at least a hundred fansigns, I see someone in a black hoodie. The hood was covering his face so I, nor anybody, could see who he is. I got a little nervous as he just stood in line, not making a lot of movements. I continue to meet and give fans autographs. 30 minutes go by and my nerves grow stronger. The mysterious man has moved further up the line. I tell Matt Raub that I feel uncomfortable; he then says, "Sorry guys, that's enough for today..." He continued to say when we would be back. I walked over to Matt and realized the mystery human was walking towards us. Matt and I started to walk away and eventually run when the guy started to pull something out. *A few hours later*
Matt and I got back to our apartment with Tiana. I put her to bed and then got ready for bed myself. "Are you going to be okay? I know today was strenuous," Matt said with concern. I said, "Yeah, I'm fine. Let's just go to sleep." He pulled me close to him so we fall asleep in each other's arms. When I wake up something is off. Matt isn't beside me. I go into the living room and everything is knocked over or destroyed. I notice something in the kitchen area. "Matt!"
