Nandini came and sat beside Manik who was lost in his thoughts...!! Sensing Manik in deep thoughts Nandini kept her hand on his shoulder to bring him back to reality ..!! Manik was surprised as well as happy to see Nandini there at that time...!!

MANIK'S POV

Gawd..!! Why..?? Why always me..?? Yeh sab humesha mere saath hii kyu hotha haii... ?? I mean seriously... !! Pehle you snatched My shining star from me.... and use baad mom ko...!! Aakhir mera aisa kya galthi jo aap mujhe aise sazaa de rahe ho..,?

I was lost in cursing my destiny when I heard someone's voice "Manik ..!! What happened?? Why are those eyes so red???

After seven long long years she is here..!! With me...!! Even tough she don't know what her presence seems to me right now but it means a lot to me...!! I mean to say that seven years back only her mere presence was enough for me to calm down....!!!😊😊

I was just staring at her blankly without any expressions when she asked me in a concerned tone

"Manik...!! Are you alright??"

I just smiled at her concern and replied "yeah...!! I'm fyn...!! Absolutely... mujhe kya hoga...!!!"

Nandini's POV

When I saw Manik sitting there alone I thought may be this is a chance for me to know about miss universe from him... mera mathlab hai ki may be I will be able know about something which leads them to separate...!!! If I will be able to know all those things then may be mera kaam aasaan ho jaayega...!!!! Then I can bring them back together...!!!
So I went near him...! But when I saw his eyes I was surprised..!! It was soo red....!! Seems like he was crying...!!!

I don't know why but I became restless after witnessing his condition...!! For once I thought I have to ease his pain...!! I just wish if I could become his relief..!!

I don't know mera Manik ke saath kya relation hai but I want to ease his pain...!! So I asked him what happened with a hope that maybe he will share his pain with me...!!!

But as expected he didn't share it with me...!!

We both were sitting there with an awkward silence not knowing what to say when Manik began to speak

"Aisa kyu hotha hai ki jise hum apna maankar yakeen kartha haii vohi humesha hume dhoka detha haii...???" He asked me with a sarcastic smile playing on his lips...!!

Firstly I was astonished as to why was he speaking like this..!! But then I realise maybe he was talking about something related to Miss Universe....!!!

"Manik...!! Agar hum humesha circumstances or situationso ko negatively legi tho aisa hi hoga...!!! Hume har negative things ko positively lena hoga.!! I don't know why are you saying all these...!! But as far as I guess it's somewhat related to Miss universe... I mean your mom...!!"

"I even don't know ki aisa kya kiya hai tumhaari mom ne that you and your dad hate her so much..!! I know this is your personal matter and I don't have any right to say anything...!! But trust me maine Miss universe ko tum dono keliye thadapthe hue dekha haii...!! Apne parivaar keliye thadapthe hue dekha haii....!!! If you can then give her one chance... one single chance to prove herself in front of you...!! Sirf ek chance to gain your trust...!! And I'm sure she will not let that opportunity get off from her hands so easily....!!!!"

I was saying all those things straight forwardly without any hesitation and was trying hard to make him understand...!! But after watching his response I was confused..!! Yeah you will not believe he was smiling at me...! Arrey...! Aise kya bol diya maine ki voh aise muskuraa rahe ho???

"Why are you smiling Manik...??" I aked out of confusion..!!

But his reply made me more confused...!
He said " Tum bilkul nahi badli Nandu...!! You are same like before...!!"

"Hain..??" I frowned hearing his sentence...!! What does he meant by saying that I haven't changed...!! Kya voh mujhe Pehle se jaanthe ho?? But how can that be possible??

Ufff...!! Aiyappaaa.....!!!

Manik's POV

This girl... I tell you... aaj bhi vaisa ka vaisa hi haii..... aaj bhi apne se zyaada doosrom ki parvah haii.... My Munchkin....!!!!😊😊😊😊

I know she got confused after hearing my sentence...!! But kyaa karoo... I have no control over my 'zubaan'...!!! So to avoid her questions I tried to change the topic...!!!

"So Nandini Moorthy...!! Tell me something about yourself...!!" I asked bitting my lower lip...!!

"Don't change the topic Manik...!! Bathaao mujhe..!!" She said with a hope...

"Why do you think I will answer you???" I spoke with a fake anger..!! I know my words will hurt her..!! But I can't way her the truth...!! Kya Bathaao mei use that I hate Mom because of her...!! Because she snatched Nandini from me...!! Huh...!! Kaash mei Yeh sab bol paatha ..!! But I can't..

"Yeah...!! You are right... tum mujhe kyu bathaaogii...!! Who am I to you..?? Mei tho tumhaara friend bhi nahi hoon..!!" She said hurtfully...!!

"Nandini Moorthy... you don't know tum mere liye Kya ho..!! Agar kuch jaanthi nahi ho tho bolthi kyu ho?? Huh...!! Think before you speak....!!!!" I said hoarsly in a serious tone pulling herself towards me by her shoulders...!!

"You wants to know that why I hate mom right..?? Jaanna chaahthi ho rytt...?? Sun paogii apni so called Miss Universe ki asliyath...???"

"Tho suno...!! Usne mujhse meri precious cheez cheen lii...!! She snatched my best friend from my life...!! She snatched my shining star from me....!! Mere mom ki vajah se aaj me apni friend ko ek AJNABI hoon....!! Sirf aur Sirf tumhaari miss universe ki vajah se....!!!"

"Tumne bola that u you saw her craving for us..!! But what about us?? Haaa...!! Uski vajah se mei aur Aaryamann aaj bhi apni best friend ke liye thadap rahe heii...!! Uska kya...????" I shouted emotionally unable bear her sentence....!!!
