"Sexy where you headed? " A raspy voice said from behind me. I continued to walk but a bit faster, not responding. I found it weird that he just came out of no where. I was definitely scared.
"Bitch I'm talking to you!" the man screamed angrily once he seen me kept walking. His big heavy boots pounded against the pavement speeding up behind me. "Come here I just wanna talk." he continued his his raspy voice.
Searching around frantically hoping somebody was out at this time of night, sadly the city was like a ghost town. I turned around to see him catching up to me, I decided to just make a run for it. The wind blew past my ears and threw my head as I ran as fast as I could. Only to be caught by the man with the raspy voice, he gripped me by my hair, dragging me to a nearby alley as I screamed out.
"Please, No! Let me the fuck goooo.. " I screamed as I cried out for help. I can't believe this is really happening to me. He used his bare hands to rip off my shirt exposing my bra. "Shut up bitch!" He panicked covering my mouth with his dirty metal smelling hands. I prayed over and over with my eyes closed. God please help me, please protect me. Help me please.
"Hey! What the fuck are you doing!?" Someone screamed from the end of the alley. I let out a sigh of relief that someone heard my cry for help. His voice echoed in the alley that was only occupied with a couple smelly garbage containers. Getting closer his right fist connected to the man jaw. The man fell back hitting the pavement with a thud.
"Did he do anything to you, you aight?" the stranger asked concerned laced in his voice. He was breathing heavy due to his adrenaline being high from punching the guy.
"Yes—" I managed to say through all the sobbing I was doing. I was just happy somebody got to me before anything did happen. "I'm okay." I tried getting up using my elbows.
"Come on." The stranger said grabbing me gently by the waist picking me up, helping me to his cars passenger side seat.
"I-I don't know you, let me the hell go!" I said sobbing snatching away from him before giving him the same dirty look I gave the previous man. I had a hard time trusting men at this point in my life. I done been through so much shit.
He looked at me like I was stupid. "I'm not about to let you walk out here alone. After seeing what was about to happen to you. Don't sit there and raise your damn voice at me when I'm just trying help you out." he snapped at me which scared me a little by his tone.
"Goodbye!" I yelled pushing past him to continue walking where I was headed before. I limped a little, I hadn't noticed the bruises on my ankles and legs from when the man dragged me through the alley.
"Whatever. " He said getting in his car and pulling off his tries screeched on the streets as he did. I rolled my eyes.
I seen him quickly do a u-turn making me think he was going the other way. A few seconds later he came back. "Come on I can't let you walk out here—" He called out to me while driving slowly beside me to keep up with me. I continued walking with my arms crossed over my still exposed bra. The little fabric that hung I tried my best to cover up with which did no justice. I was over life at this point. I didn't want to be here anymore.
"Get in." He leaned over his armrest that sat between his seats. He looked back and forth between me and the road making sure not to run into anything.
"I'm not going no where with you sir." I stopped looking at him through the car passengers window getting a good look at him just in case.
"Look at yo shirt, I know you don't wanna walk out here late at night looking like that—" He motioned to my torn shirt and continued . "Just get in—I'm not gone hurt you if that's what you're scared of." he protested.
I looked around at my surroundings again thinking before I get in car. My arms still crossed over my exposed bra, he reached over to open his door. He drove away with an unknown destination.
Well to me.
After what seemed like a 30min drive he pulls up to a nice sized home. I admired it from the outside. I was hesitant to even get out of the car. I don't know this man from a can of paint.
