When I woke I realized I was still at the hospital, because of the beeping machines that was on my right side.
Ughhhhh
Tasha was sitting beside me holding my hand with her head down.
I turned to my left to see Kevin having what looks like a heated conversation with the nurse who wouldn't let him inside my room. He noticed I was woke and pushed the nurse out the way and came to the other side of the bed.
"Baby this is my fault, I should've stayed with you. I'm so sorry. I'm so fucking stupid man"
My throat was really dry, so I decided against responding. I wanted to tell him it wasn't nowhere near his fault. Its been happening all my life. I'm starting to think I deserve everything that's happening to me.
"I'm so sorry." He kept whispering in my ear as he hugged me for what seemed like centuries. They act like I'm about to die or some shit.
After a few minutes I said. "I'm fine," Tasha raised her head. "This can't keep happening Chrissy ."
"What?" Kevin said looking at Tasha then me. I looked away from both of them.
"Nothing." I said to Kevin. Tasha got up and left without saying anything else.
Why is she so damn mad?
She's acting like its her going through all this unnecessary shit. I'm the one who gotta go through this. Its not fair at all.
The nurse came back inside my room with the discharge papers. "Miss. Sterling, I just need you to sign here. Then you're free to go." She said with a genuine smile.
I smiled in return. "Thank You."
I got off the bed with the help of Kevin, of course. I went inside the bathroom to put on the clothes I came here in, which consisted of Sarah's blood on my T-shirt.
The car ride to the house was silent. Not even the radio was playing. Only to be left with my thoughts.
"Christina," Kevin said as soon as we got in the house. "I need to know everything."
"There's nothing to know."
Kevin grabbed me by my arm."Stop acting so fucking secretive and stupid!" he snapped.
"Just leave me the hell alone Kevin. Im tired of yo bullshit. "
"My bullshit?" I nodded my head and walked into our bedroom to change.
A few minutes Later the front door slammed.
