Picture link/ or what you want the picture to represent: (There could be some words about what you want definently for it to be.)
Actor/ Actresse: (Who doesn't ask this?!? ;P)
Username and/ or a name: (For I can send it to you by a message at your account and what you want to be on the cover.)
