"Ok kids we have a new student to our Avid and school Gunnar" she pointed at a cute guy in a white shirt and blue jeans I didn't see his face he looked sad maybe I should say hi "wow I've never met someone who's name is Gunnar" it was a 8th grader I shot him a look saying be nice but i forgot he doesn't know that it means that he was like what "your weird" I gave him a fake smile "thanks" but I was really about to punch him I turned away from him I didn't my work then got deep into thought ring ring I jumped it was end of school I got my binder and school tablet went to my locker got my stuff and went home went to school the next day all 3 periods went by fast then it was lunch I got my lunch box as usual then went to lunch sat at my normal table my friend destiny came she walked up "I'm guessing you want to sit in this seat" she smiled I got up and moved over a place then my friend trinity came and sat down she motioned to someone a guy sat down then I noticed it was the new kid "hi" I said shyly he waved "do you know each other" "kinda his in my Avid" "what's his name?" "um isn't it Gunnar" "yes" I looked at him I got this feeling I felt my expression change he looked at me with a confused look I looked away and blushed we talked we went to P.E together all three of us were partners we then went into a small room "today we will be learning about heart rate" so we learned about heart rate and how to find your pulse we sat down next to each other we he was helping me I saw a cut on his arm worry hit me in my heart "your bleeding" he looked at his arm "it was bleeding you don't need. to worry" he patted me on the head I blushed I was glade he didn't notice the bell ringed we went to 5th period then went home about a week pasted we talked and became good friends one Wednesday we where having a big test in language arts I was talking to my friend then Jose kept shouting my name "I'm taking to my friend here" he kept saying my name I got irritated "what" "Gunnar wants to ask you out" "what" I looked away and blushed I avoided him after school I went out to the bike racks I started putting my code in then Gunnar came out I was having trouble I was getting frustrated Jose shouted "Gunnar help her she needs help" "no" "come on help her" I didn't want him to help me if Jose was telling him to we both said "no" at the same time "fine" Gunnar got his bike and road off about 5 minutes later I got my bike finally I walked my bike up to the sidewalk "Gunnar still wants to ask you out" I looked at him "I highly doubt he feels the same way" "he really does" "how do I know if your lying" "I'm not he told me and some other guys" I rolled my eyes and road off I got home I was really hot because it was 90 out I got in the shower and turned on the cold water then did thing the next morning I left early I locked up my bike and sat on the bench and listened to music I looked up and there was Gunnar walking up to me I smiled he looked at the seat next to me I moved my stuff he sat down we talked the 10 minute bell rang he got up "well I should probably starting walking to my first class he started to walk off "wait" he stopped "yes" "why does Jose keep saying you want to ask me out" "because I want to" "well my answer is yes" we walked to my locker in silence then I said bye I but my stuff in my locker and left out what I needed out then I remembered I didn't hug Gunnar bye so I went to his first class he was the only on in there I gave him a hug then I went to class then went to second period then third period then lunch I waited for Gunnar to get his lunch then a classmate came up to me "are you and Gunnar really going to date" "yes why" he just walked away my friend got a wide eyed look on her face "wait you and Gunnar are going to date" "yes why" "no reason" then Gunnar came I laid my head on his shoulder "hi love" he said in a low gentle voice "hi" we talked about or lives and what we want ours to look like then we had to go to class we talked and laughed from two more days then it was the weekend before I knew it it was Monday I said hi when I saw him going to second period when I was getting my lunch box trinity came up to me "I think you need to brake up with Gunnar he was saying how much he was embarrassed to be with in front of teachers" "I think you need to fine someone who is t embarrassed to be with you" I went to lunch it was awkward me and Gunnar got in a fight the end of the day came I was sad and mad so I did things I regretted the next day at lunch I told Gunnar stuff then he pretended to be all concerned we started falling apart then Thursday came i wasn't partners with him for the game I was with someone else then afterward he came up to me "we need to talk it's not you its me wait it is you but I think we should brake up" "we can still be friends right" "no" "I don't think of it as me avoiding you oh wait it is" "fine" I walked off we went inside I got dressed and went into the bathroom and cried.
