Lost Then Found

Today was the coronation day of the newly announced queens. The three girls were Song Rae Bin, Han Yoo Sung, and Min Hyo Sang. Yoo Sung represented strength, Hyo Sang represented loyalty, and Rae Bin represented leadership. In only 20 minutes the crowning will begin. The three queens wore the dresses that the past rulers have worn.

They were going to be escorted by the person of their choice. Rae Bin choose Hansol from the Chwe family, Hyo Sang chose Jihoon from the Lee family, and Yoo Sung chose Minghao from the Xu family. Slowing walking to the altar the new queen's escorts walked slowly with them. On the altar they stood next to them.

"As the new queens of Kythria, will you promise to rule and protect our kingdom", the priest said.

"Yes. We do.", the new queens said.

"Will you stay loyal to our kingdom?"

"Yes we will", they said.

"Ok I pronounce you as the new queens of Kythria *puts on the crown."

The three girls turn around and slowly walk to the balcony. The people cheered below for their new queens. Only if it stayed like this. Exactly one hundred years into their ruling, a rebellion caused the country to become like a war zone. To end this the eldest queen took action.

"Find the leaders of the rebellion and make them suffer until they die.", she said with a straight face.

The 13 princes tried to convince her to stop but the eldest queen still persisted with the plan. Once the leaders were found they were bought to the the queens.

"Do you have any last words before we take every single drop of blood in your bodies away?", Rae Bin asked.

" Take it if you want. We've already put a curse on this kingdom. You will see your precious little followers and princes wither away slowly. Within one month they will be all dead. And you will live to see the whole thing. Then you will wither to death slowly and painfully. *chuckles. ", one of the leaders said.

" ENOUGH!! " , Rae Bin yelled while her voice boomed all through the castle.

Each of the queens killed these rebels and then drank their blood. What they did not know was that each of the princes were watching from afar. The queens dropped the empty bodies to the floor and walked away. The princes have not seen this side of them.

"*laughs. Curse? Please it won't effect us.", Hyo Sang thought to herself.

But the rebels were correct. A curse had descended on the kingdom and every living thing began to wither away. The princes became very ill. Still they insisted to serve the queens until they pass away. When they were not with the queens, they met with a potion maker.

" With this potion you must first drink it. Within the 30 minute time frame you must.... sacrifice your life to make this work. Make your self bleed into a large bowl. After that mix your bloods together. Once it is finished give the new potion to the princes if you wish for them to survive. The rest, drop it into the kingdom's water supply. The princes will go into a deep slumber but will awake when the time is right. ", the potion maker said.

" Then what about us? ", Hyo Sang asked

" You will be reborn as a new person. Your powers will be gone and you will be human. When the time is right you will meet the 13 princes again. ", he said.

The three queens sighed and took the potion. They were going to perform the task that night. During the "final" dinner they were going to have together the queens decided to tell them everything.

" No! My queens you cannot just do that. Even if our kingdom survives, who will rule it? Please just let us pass onto the other life. ", Jeong Han said.

"Please don't..", Chan added in.

"Sigh. It's too late to change now anyway. Hansol go in my room and get the potion. ", Rae Bin said.

Tears starting forming in their eyes.

" But.... Queen, just think this through... Just let us go. Be selfish just for this one time. Please my queen listen to me....", Hansol said while begging.

The queens began breaking down. 

" Do you think we had a choice? We made a promise that we will live and protect this kingdom! We took on this duty and we can't just abandon it! Go get the potion!", Yoo Sung yelled while tears were forming in her eyes.

Hansol slowly walked to Rae Bin's bedroom to retrieve the potion. He took it and walked back to the dining room.

" This a ring that will glow if you meet us again in another time. Keep it safe...", Hyo Sang said. 

Then one by one the queens drank the potion. In an instant they turned into there true forms. Their fangs were showing and their eyes were blood red. The queens then grabbed a dagger and quickly made a cut in their arm. This wasn't an ordinary dagger, it prevented them from healing. The queens cried in pain as the blood dropped from their arms. JiHoon was the first to stand up, but WonWoo patted his shoulder and told him to sit down. Even though the queens were pure vampires, every vampire knew that the royals who have ruled's blood was the sweetest. The princes sat in their seat trying the best to not turn into their true form and attack the queens. A few minutes later the last few drops of blood fell into the bowl. The queens quickly mixed their blood together and told the princes to drink.

" Hurry... We don't have much time..", Yoo Sung said.

" My queens... We couldn't....", Jisoo said.

" Just drink it!! Pour the rest into the drinking supply. At least now our kingdom won't die", Rae Bin said.

The queens were on the verge of death. Suddenly they dropped to the floor. Hansol, JiHoon, and Minghao ran to them.

" Don't leave us!! Queen!! ", they yelled.

" *touching his face.    Remember that I love you... I will see you in my next life ", Rae Bin said to Hansol,  Hyo Sang said to JiHoon,   and Yoo Sung said to Minghao.

The queens closed their eyes and died on their hands. In a matter of seconds the queens bodies disappeared like dust. That same night the princes performed a spell that will put them into a deep slumber. They will awake when the time is right. The kingdom became independent and evolved into today's society.
