Dear Diary,
Last night was amazing! After knowing Sam for about 9 years (going on 10!), I never would have thought that he would ask me out. Needless to say, Papa and Liam were both very glad and relieved that it is Sam, instead of other guys that they do not know.
So, back to last night. Sam told me we were going to go somewhere special and said that their family's limo were going to come by at about 7pm. I wore my favorite outfit, a pure white dress with a pair of white converse, did my make up, and was ready by 6.45pm. He came to pick me up promptly and luckily, Papa trust him enough to not ask my bodyguards to tag along with us, so it was just, us.
We went to Masa, and had the most beautiful and delicious sushi experience, before heading over to Broadway to catch Phantom of the Opera, which he knows is my absolute favorite! And it was right there and then, after the show, that he asked me to be his lady! It caught me by surprise, when dozens of people suddenly appeared carrying dozens of lilacs, and fireworks spelled 'Be Mine?' in the sky.
Never once would I have thought that my best friend would be such a romantic. I said yes, and Liam was so happy when I shared the news with him. Tonight is a good night.
