FitzSimmons ONESHOT

A/N so before I begin I want to say sorry for not updating in like forever. I was actually going to update a couple weeks ago then I got an email from 3 teachers saying "your test has been moved to Friday" so I had three test to study for. Sorry please don't hate me.
Now after that let's get to the good stuff. My idea for a FitzSimmons oneshot after their scene in "The Team"

Fitz wraps his hand around Simmons and stares looks at her. She's still bleeding pretty badly from the blast on her arm. She's focused on finding who the traitor is. They were running all the test they could in the lab but they were secluded to Fitz's room.

"Hey Simmons."

"Yeah." she says with a smile.

"Do you want me to-" Fitz starts. Then the building started to shake. The ceiling starts to fall. Fitz meets Simmons eyes with a look of sadness. Simmons moves away from Fitz comfort to protect her head from the falling depre.

Fitz does the same.

Once the quake stopped Fitz looked at Simmons, "I'm so sorry."

"Your not to blame." Simmons says. "I just hope that it's not like with Ward. I don't know what to do what would happen i-"

Fitz, looks at Simmons her cuts more open than before. "Here." He says grabbing a First Aid let me help you. Your cuts are even more open than before."

"Thank you Fitz, but just because we're in this relationship I guess is what people call it I don't want you to protect me about the little things. I still can help my own self."

"Why would I?" Fitz says. "You survived 4,722 hours on a unknown planet with an alien creature that couldn't even get off of it without you really."

Jemma smiles at this. "You're right. Ah." She barely fidgets has the medical scrub touches her open scars.

"You took that better than you used to." 

"Thanks." She says passively.

"Hey. It's fine. We'll help Daisy."

"Together?"

"Together for the whole damn time."
