Ali squealed loudly as she pushed her suitcase on the back of our car.

Okay. She was too excited.

We were currently getting ready to move to Ivan's parent's beach house. Which was indeed very awesome. Obviously, It's near the beach. And big enough to fit fifty to a hundred people in the house, which again, is very awesome.

We all decided to stay there because, well. Mostly Ali wanted to. Their wedding is going to be in like, three and a half months?

Which I think, is too fast for a couple who were engaged just two weeks ago.

So that means I have three and a half months to stop them. Oh joy.

We all got in the car as soon as everyone got their own things in the trunk. With Kelsey on the driver's seat, then Ali beside Kelsey, then me, Christine an Denise on the back. Ivan already was on the beach house with the others. Then Kelsey started driving.

"So guys, how's your week so far?" Ali asked, looking at us from her phone.

Mine was dreadful because you're getting married to the man of my dreams. Oops, better not tell her that.

"Mine was awesome!" Of course, Kelsey replied.

"Mine was good." Denise replied.

"Yeah, it was okay." Christine replied.

Then there was a moment of silence.

"What about you Em? How's your week so far?" Ali asked, looking at me.

Hmm. " Good." I replied shortly.

Kelsey and Ali frowned, maybe because we were all to quiet, and we were not ourselves for a while now, I noticed it too. We were all in our own worlds now, We were all just together because we were all bestfriends from highschool until now.

But what I think? I think we were just together because we have nothing else to do this whole summer. And we have no where else to stay but our apartment.

Mostly, I think Ali and Kelsey were just annoying. While Christine and Denise were my true friends. We were a group back in high school, those popular girls who were not mean, but simple and friendly. Who would talk about shopping and tell each other how anything looks good on you, when its really not.

" You know we should all catch up, like, have our sleepovers again? movie marathons? It would be fun for all of us." Kelsey suggested.

We all agreed. We needed to catch up, and we need to bring our strong friendship back.

"I miss you guys." Denise admitted. Then Christine smiled. Then we all smiled.

" I miss you guys too!" we all shouted, then laughed

Then that was it. We kept talking and laughing like the usual. This is what I really love about them. When one smiles, everyone smiles again. One laughs, everyone laughs, it was contagious.

Once we arrived at the beach house, we all stepped out and grabbed our things.

Then I stared at the beach house, It's been a while since we all hung out here, and I was glad to be back. This house was huge! It had three floors, a small garden with a gazebo that was wrapped with many roses, and a breathtaking view of the beach.

I was going to enjoy it here.

I first went inside and was already sprayed with water.

Water.

I already know what's going on.

The boys were messing around again.

"Emily!" then I was crashed by a bear hug. My forehead crashing to a bare chest.
