“Gosh! Are you really sure that you’re ok Eya?” Daphne reassures. I smiled weakly at her and walk with Hazza, Harry, and her. “I’m fine promise, don’t worry.” Hazza scanned my face for any doubt on my reply and he looks that he found that I’m really ok. As if I’m really ok. “You almost died and you’re saying that you’re ok? OMG GIRL. It isn’t normal anymore.” I chuckle at Daphne’s over reacting state while Hazza and Harry quietly listen to our conversation.
The students trail their eyes on us as we sat on our “as usual” seats. I know that they wanted to hearsays but they can’t, because of the brothers sitting just beside me. It is then I realized that we aren’t getting our foods yet, “Uh, guys? Can we grab our foods? Seriously, I’m hungry.” I broke the intimate silence. Daphne gives me a small nod and got on her feet, Harry and Hazza stood after Daphne’s actions. Both of them didn’t give me any reply but their standing position right now signs me that they agreed. We stroll to the counter and grab our intentions and soon come back to our seats. It’s usual to happen that the whole was filled with silence. But this is different, something just happened to me, and my mind is trembling about the freaking situation happened earlier. “I thought you’re hungry?” Hazza curiously stares. “Oh, uhm. Yes I am.” I brought the chips into my mouth and chewed them slowly. My eyes flew everywhere; I know I’m finding someone, until I glued my attention to the girl with long blonde and straight hair, Courtney. They’re sitting on the corner of the room, near the entrance of the canteen. One of the girls in front of her whispers something to her that makes her head tilts on my area. She smirks at me then rolls her lens, I know what’s that for.

I reached my house at 7 p.m. and the stars appear on the nimbus clouds. Soon, the drops started to fall on the roof, I walk onto my bedroom and sits on the corner of my bed. The event happened replays on mind like a cracked tape recorder. The reminiscing moment on my state broke when I heard my cellphone ringing. I reach my hand on my side, knowing that my cellphone is always on the pocket of my jeans, and then I remember I don’t have jeans and shirts anymore, I’m currently wearing a dress. My hands dropped on the white bag beside me, opening the zipper and searches for the ringing material. I peer inside the bag when I found a lighting device that I know I’m searching. It is Daphne who’s calling me. I tap the answer and bring it on my ear,
“Hey Daphne.” My happy tone applies.
“Are you ok?”
I chuckle, “It was 777,707 times I heard that question from yours.”
“Ugh. I’m sorry, I’m just so worried about you.”
“Don’t be sorry. I’m alright. If you wanted we can go to the doctor right now so you’d be fine.”
“Oh sure!” I heard her laugh.
“Do you think it was Courtney?”
I know Daphne knows what I’m questioning about. She fell on a deep sigh before answering me,
“Ugh. That girl. I don’t know, why are you asking if it’s her?”
“Uhm. Because… I saw her together with her two girls on the 3rd floor.”
“So you mean they did it?”
“No… No… I’m not blaming them, but they’re the only persons to peer at that floor, probably they’re not alone on the higher floors but how come that they know so urgent about the chair being dropped at me? And, we both know that they’re mad at me.”
“Yeah, I guess you’re right. Don’t worry I’ll smash their faces.”
I chuckle at her and replies, “No thanks, just leave them.”
“By the way, can we not talk about that event? It’s just giving me, course, especially you, pimples. Ew.”
“Sure, no problem. Any topic then?” I smiled at the call.
“About your big transformation.”
I jump off on the bed and place my bag at my side table while my other hand is holding the phone. I shuffle on the white duvet, leaving my body still on the floral dress. My mind sinks on Daphne’s new topic. “It was the Styles’ who did this to me.” I gushed. I heard her laugh so hard on the call, making me increase the distance of my ear and cellphone. When I heard her calmed down, I brought the cellphone on my ear on touch again. “What so funny about that?”
“Nah, it’s just overwhelming to hear that you’re not going wear BOYISH outfits now. Right?” She emphasizes.
“Eh? I don’t like it! Do you know that I have lots of flirty outfits here? And this is the only one out of 2 decent outfits they bought me.”
“What’s wrong with that? You’re flawless and pretty and… erm, take note, sexy.”
“Come on Daphne, don’t be maniac like those brothers.”
“Huh? We’re just saying the truth, and if only you just know how those brothers scanned you from head to toe.”
“That’s why I hate wearing this. Er.” I mumble.
“I heard that girl. That’s a big NO-NO. Like NO. As in NO. And terribly NO. I guess they like you since you’re wearing those tight jeans and shirts.”
“Eh?”
“Yeah, especially Hazza.”
I roll my eyes and feel my stomach aching and wanting a food, enough reason to end the topic and the phone call. “Well then, that needs a long objection but I can’t give it to you right now cause I’m hungry.”
“Like you’re always hungry. Ok bye girl. Eat some food and take a rest.”
I hummed at her answer and ended the call. I dropped the phone down on the white pillow and got on my feet. I went out of the room and get some food on the fridge. My hunger got out of my feelings as the foods swallowed down. The silence rises again, and my mind throws on Hazza, on how he saves me on that time. I wanted to say thank you to him but I don’t know how. Maybe I should ask him out or put a letter on his locker saying thank you or… wait. My suggestions are horrendous, I look like a boy. Gosh. I don’t really know how to say thank you to him. Maybe I’ll just wait for the perfect time.
