Dear Diary.. {phan}

Day 12

Okay so as promised this is a spacial chapter where you actually get a day and not just a diary entry!!

Dan POV

Dan woke up to the annoying, repetitive ringing of his phone alarm, he turned it off and looked at his phone. He had a text from Phil.

Phil: morning sunshine! 

Dan: sunshine?

Phil: yup!

Dan: that's really cringey Phil!

Phil: I know! but I'm a cringey person Danyul!

Dan: never call me that again Philly

Phil: aaaaagggghhh whyyyyyyy!?

Dan: go get dressed already you cringe fest

Phil: okay mum!

Dan: bitch

Phil: language

Dan: okay mum 

Dan smiled as he got up, he got his uniform though he didn't actually wear most of it. He wore his black skinny jeans, white blouse, tie, leather jacket and black boots. He looked himself over in the mirror, same as usual. His phone vibrated and he went over to look, Phil.

Phil: want me to come to yours and pick you up again?

Dan: ye if its not too much trouble

Phil: not at all ;}

Dan: ...?

Phil: :}*

Dan: oh haha

Dan decided he would go downstairs and just listed to his dad's speech, he didn't know why but  today nothing was gonna get him down! He reached the dining room and grabbed an apple "morning dad" 

"son."

"no disappointment speech?"

"excuse me?" Dan instantly realised what he said but he decided to stick with it "well every morning you give me a speech about how I'm a disappointment and a terrible son" 

"well son I've been thinking..." Dan decided since nothing could get him down of some reason he would use this as confidence "thats dangerous" His dad gave him a cold glare but he knew it meant nothing.

"well anyway, I've been thinking and you've not had a girlfriend in a while, maybe if you got one people would stop calling you gay" 

"but dad everyone in my school is just horrible!" His father decided just to go back to reading he paper and Dan heard a knock, a huge smile spread across his face as he grabbed his phone and bag and went out the door.

"hey danny!" Phil said, Dan felt the butterflies in his stomach erupt with joy and anticipation as he replied "sup philly" They both laughed and talked about anime on the way to school, they usually went the long way so Dan could get out his house sooner though he really just wanted to see Phil for longer. 

The long way had a long path they had to go through, it went through a forest and was very quiet. Today was the Day that Phil asked something Dan could've waited years for "Dan... I have a question" Dan nodded and Phil continued "what's your sexuality?" Dan stopped. 

He stopped walking and just stared blankly in front of him "umm... well... I don't know, I think I'm gay but my parents are really religious and try to force me to be straight!" Phil looked down and quietly said "oh yeh..." Dan felt kinda guilty though he didn't know why "what about you?" Phil too had a slightly panicky expression and said "I'm gay..." 

Dan's face lit up and he swears he actually saw light reflect off Phil's face too. Maybe he did have a chance with Phil...
