Spring Town

Its not real

I wake up next morning and find myself face to face with Beth and i almost scream. "Morning lizzy." She says holding back laughter. "Mhmm first why are you this close to me while i sleep and two YOU ALMOST GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK YOU KNOW HOW WEIRD THAT IS WATCHING ME SLEEP!" I yell. "Well get dressed and go eat because we are late for school." Beth gets up and walks out the door and i turn and see Zach knocking at the window. I open it putting my hair up so i don't look so bad. I open the window and ask "what are you doing here? You do know your late for school." I face him away and start to get dressed in the room. "Yeah, I do. Look i need to talk to you so could you meet me in the basement at school please.?" He stands. "Yeah i will lets say 5th period." He leaves knowing what I said and i finish getting dressed and rush downstairs eating breakfast and rush out the door with Beth. They get to school and the third period bell ringing you see people rushing around the halls and one of them is Alex. He is a old friend of Liz but he is Beths crush. "Hey Alex!" I run over to him glad I saw him. "Oh hey lizzy. whats up?" He says still walking and Beth is facing toward Liz being nervous. "Not much, Beth and I came here late so we are going to class. But since you two have the same class right now you guys should go together." Beth blushes and punches lizz on the arm softly as she holds back laughter. "Sure I'll see you around lizz." He says leaving with beth. "Okay!"  I go to my locker and open it starting to put my stuff in it. But there is a note i open it and it says. "New plans i need to talk to you 3rd period." I close the note and starts to walk to my class (2nd period). Beth and Alex start to talk. "So whats up Beth? You seem so nervous around me. Whats wrong?" Beth shakes a little "Its nothing really i'm just shy thats all." Alex laughs a little. "Thats funny cause your only shy when you like someone Beth." He says as they walk in class Beth blushing deeply and sits down not talking at all after that. It seemed like forever but 3rd period finally came and I went to the basement seeing Zach there. "Hey what did you need to talk to me about Zach?" I ask him closing the door and walk down the basement stairs. "You know the day i healed or umm saved your live?" He asked seeming nervous. "Yeah, I cant really get that out of my mind. Its like your an alien." He looks at me with a straight face "Umm Lizz thats what i needed to tell you about. Im not normal and im not from Earth." Eyes get wide and shakes head thinking its a joke. "Ok Zach nice one." He shakes his head "Lizz im not joking around. Im being serious here." I cross my arms and looks him in the eyes "Then show me. He nods and gets a broken piece of metal and puts it down. He takes his hand and runs it up and down the broken piece of metal without touching it and fixes it. I'm shaking by then. Not knowing what to do. Not knowing if i should be scared of amazed by this. Im speechless. "I told you. But you cant tell anyone about this. It could be dangerous if people knew about this lizz. My life could be in danger." I only nod and the bell rang. "I should go. My teacher are going to start asking were i was if im not here." I walk out and go to class.
