COLOR
Color is important! Wears pastels and color schemes like ocean colors or different shades of pink. Pastels are basically your new BFF. You may wear neon but make sure you don't look tacky and still cute. If you wear dark colors make sure you are staying home and binge watching your favorite show with a large jar of Nutella and strawberries OR you just had your heart crushed and you're trying to make a statement. It is also acceptable if it is the new trend (*cough* grunge *cough cough*).
PATTERN
Paterns are also important to a perfect outfit! BUT PLZZ FOR THE LOVE IF TUMBLR, DONT OVER PATTERN!!! It's cool for two matching patterns but like, there is no need for a striped beanie, a striped infinity scarf, striped sweater, and striped pants. Like, wut? That's not necessary. Don't be ridiculous. But, extra points to you if you're wearing polka dots!
STAYING ON TREND
Currently, this is what's on trend: Grunge^, flower crowns, pastels, chokers, oversized sweaters, high waisted stuff, cropped stuff, beanies, white vans, etc.
