* 1 year in the future *
As I walked out of my flat to my car I noticed a pile of mail lying on the ground, I picked it up and went back to my flat to drop of the mail and hurried back outside to my car. As I started the engine and drove of to the grocery store my mind wandered of the stop signs and green lights to my old boyfriend, Louis. I have never stopped loving Louis he was my best friend as well as my lover but the thing was he didn't want people to know he was gay so he broke up with me and we barely spoke anymore. The last time I saw him was with his new girlfriend, Eleanor. It broke my heart that he got a girlfriend I knew that wasn't who he really was he looked so miserable with her. I tried talking to him about it but he just told me to get over him and that he loved Eleanor I couldn't believe my ears I thought he loved me but I guess I was wrong. I stopped thinking about Louis as I parked my car in front of the grocery store I got out of the car and into the store I grabbed the few things I needed. as I was in line to check out I spotted one of my best mates, Niall. " Hey Mate!" I practically yelled across the store
"Hey Harry, how's it going haven't seen you in what a week!"
"That's not that long mate"
"For me it is, Oh hey! I almost forgot to ask are you going to Louis wedding?"
"W-what wedding?"
"You haven't gotten the invitation yet?" "Him and Eleanor are getting married!!"
"I haven't gotten an invitation yet.."
"well maybe you should check your mail, um I have to get going see yah pal"
"Bye.."
I stood their for a moment in shock is Louis really getting married? I paid for my things and left quickly, I have to get home. I Park my car right outside my flat and run inside Mail, Mail, Mail ugh where'd I put it! finally I spot it on my couch. I go and look through it coupons, coupons, bill, coupons and at the end a pretty, crisp envelope with my name written neatly on it in Louis handwriting. I open it and what else do I see but a wedding invitation.
