"I can't believe it! I can't believe I'm in the middle of nowhere! I can't believe it's raining ! And I can't believe I'm stuck! " These were all the words I said to myself while sitting in a broken down pickup truck crying my eyes out.

" No I thought , I have to be strong. " I decided the only way to get out of this is to get out and push the truck out of the mud. Right when I jumped out I new instantly I was wrong. The rain and Hail were stinging my face. the wind was howling in my ear. And I was soaked all through my clothes. I quickly cursed when I remembered I had a tank top on. I quickly ran to the back of the truck to keep the wind out of my face. Then I gathered all my strength and started pushing the truck forward. Nothing. Completely damn nothing budged. I tried a second time but lost my balance falling into the slimy mud. " Great!" I yelled. Now I was caked with mud.

I was just about to give up and lie down to freeze, when I heard honking. Then a saw two bright lights heading this way.

" No way, I said " I thought I was going to be here all alone forever!

The ford slowly came to a stop, and a boy stepped out. He yelled," hop in."

I knew never to get into a car with a stranger but heck I was going to die if I didn't get to something warm! So I hopped in anyways not caring if I was in a rapers car.

The sweet warmth from the heaters almost instantly surrounds me. I could start to feel the numbness in my feet go away when a voice asks me if I'm okay. I literally jumped because I forgot this wasn't my car . I decide to look at my saver for the first time and notice he's about my age, 6.3 , blue eyes, sandy blond hair, tan, and has muscles.He was looking very concerned though. That's when I remembered I haven't gave him an answer.

I quickly replied, " ya, just a little cold"

I saw relief pour through his face. He then grabbed his jacket and wrapped it around me. I couldn't help but blush a little because he was so dang adorable! "Well," he said."My name Is Will Hanson."

Dread quickly took over my body,and Will noticed it too. "What's wrong," he said.

I started saying no over and over again,and said, " out of all the people I know it had to be you!

He looked very confused and simply asked why?

"Because, I'm Madison Farrier!"

Will looked pretty mad and started yelling. " Where in the hell have you been ,and why the fuck are you back!" " I can't believe this."

"I'm sorry" was all that i could say at this point.

"Well sorry isn't good enough" "You better have a good explanation why I havn't heard from you since we were eleven." "We used to be best friends then you left me without a trace." " You better be glad that i moved on right away or else I'd be leaving you out in the middle of the road!"

Now that one stung. To learn he made it through the years without me. With no problems at all. I just silently looked down hoping he didn't see the tear that was rolling down my cheek. It was pure silent when he started the engine and the whole ride to my house.I didn't even remember what the house looks like until he pulled into my driveway. I couldn't help but stare. it was two stories, white, huge, flowers and trees surrounded it, and two big barns off to the side. Some of the lights were on inside so they must have stayed up for me.

The ford slowly came to a stop, and I turned torwards Will to say sorry but he beat me too it.

"You don't have to say anything." " You only left me without any explanation."

This time I got mad.no I freaked!

" Shut the fuck up!" You have no idea what the hell happened."

With that I slammed the car door and speed walked to the front steps before he could say anything. Then I just stood there bracing myself the life I left years ago. I slowly started to turn the door handle.
